biggest red flag came after I reported the problems. Customer support became almost impossible to reach. My calls, emails, and messages were ignored, and instead of resolving the issue properly, I was left without a fair refund. The advertised satisfaction guarantee meant nothing in my case.Based on my experience, the major warning signs were poor service quality, lack of accountability, unresponsive customer support, and difficulty obtaining a fair resolution after payment. I would strongly advise others to think twice before booking and carefully read the negative reviews before making a decision.

Booked Hellamaid 3 weeks in advance to do a move-out cleaning. They contacted me 1.5 days before my scheduled appointment to tell me they had rescheduled my appointment for the following month because they had no cleaners available. This obviously would not work because the cleaning needs to be done before the move-out date, hence why I booked the move-out service, and why I booked 3 weeks in advance.
I called their customer service line. The agent was barely audible. After asking several times to be transferred to another agent with a clearer line, I was told that they only have one customer service agent. After asking to speak to the supervisor, I was sent to a voicemail box. I never received a callback.

I am very particular about my kitchen counters and Priya blew me away. She moved every single appliance to wipe underneath them, which most cleaners skip. The booking process with the office was also seamless. Excellent service all around.

Sarah did a fantastic job with our move-out clean! She managed to get the oven looking brand new, which I thought was impossible. Super polite and didn't mind our loud barking dog either. Will absolutely request her again.

Hellamaid is selling a "trusted brand" image to franchisees that doesn't hold up to scrutiny. They have numerous suspicious reviews across their Google maps listings. Using artificial social proof to lure in investors is deceptive. Do your own research before buying into this "reputation."

The cleaning itself was excellent, very thorough, baseboards and inside the oven were sparkling. Took off a star because the team arrived almost an hour after the window they gave me and I had to call to find out where they were. Customer service was apologetic and offered me a credit on my next clean which I appreciated. Will probably book again because the actual quality was there.

We've been booking biweekly with Hellamaid for about 3 months now and Sara is incredible. She remembers the little things, like that I prefer the kids toys arranged on the shelf instead of in the bin, and she's so good with our dog. The booking is all online which was honestly the reason I tried them in the first place because I hate phone calls lol. Would 100% recommend to other working moms.
