I wish I could put no stars!

This company is based in China not the UK! I received a pair of shoes that cost £40 but probably cost £5 to manufacture if that, very poor quality, very poor fitting 😢 tried to return offered a discount I told customer service that they were no good for me returned to China at a cost of £25 my expense still no refund for the shoes!
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!

Absolute garbage. Made and shipped from China - although you're led to believe it's a British company. The shoes in the adverts look fab - I stupidly bought three pairs. I mean, how bad can they be? They weren't cheap for sure. As soon as I opened the package all I could smell was plastic and glue. They were vile. So I returned them. 30 odd quid to send!!! Apparently I had to return them to their 'international' address rather than their UK one (I suspect it's a dingy flat over a chippy in some run down town). I finally got my original outlay back via my credit card provider but reckon I can whistle for postage. Although I do like to annoy them every now and then with a little e mail asking where my money is!

Received inferior goods. Do not buy from them. They were not leather as stated on their website, everything was so cheap. They promised my money back which I still haven’t received!!!

One star is being generous! They are not British, the website is misleading and gthey refuse to give a refund for goods which were not patent leather as described, but cheap plastic. I only realised they were not British when i checked tracking info. They want me to ship back to China for a partial refund! I have raised a dispute with my credit company but now Henry and Grace want me to provide a report from an independent expert, stating that the goods are not as described, so I have no chance of getting a refund. BUYER BEWARE

despite saying they have given me a refund, nothing has appeared in my bank, this has been ongoing for 6 weeks. they say my bank is withholding my cash. they emailed me a refund docket, but I believe that was the sales docket, that I paid for the rubbish shoes. they are just liars scammers and thieves

Advised to return goods to CHINA when I requested a refund.
After weeks of emails (populated by Henry and Grace AI ?) I accepted a 40% refund.
Several more weeks hence, the refund hasn't arrived.
To summarise: the company is not London based as advertised...the goods are of appalling quality...there is no post purchase customer service.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME

I made the mistake of ordering three pairs of shoes from Henry and Grace thinking they were a London store with a long history. The items took nearly 2 months to arrive and were made of plasticky cheap materials. I have emailed asking about their returns (I’m even willing to send them back to China if need be!) but they haven’t even responded to my email in nearly a week. Total scam. Watch out!!!

Same as many others, I believed this was a UK based company and in fact they are based in China. The website is deceitful. Ordered a pair of shoes and they took nearly 4 weeks to arrive. Realised only email contact was possible, no phone number, no UK London store. Was always told 'in transit'. The shoes eventually arrived but they are poor quality and not worth the money I paid for them. Returns are at buyer's expense and I have seen other complainants state they only got a 10% refund, so not worth returning. Do not buy from this company. Rip off.

Website is a scam - looks like a beautiful London shop but shoes are from china.
Offered me 10% refund or I have to pay shipping to china. Goodness knows if they would actually refund or not.

Hideous shoes , look nothing like the photo . Cheap ghastly materials , no leather at all . Horrible shape and fit .
Took ages to arrive and it turns out that they’re made in China , nothing to do with London , even though their website says uk .

I didn't receive my shoes I ordered on the 30th Sept. I have sent and received from Henry & Grace 15 e-mails fobbing me off. its now the 16th Oct.
They are not willing to give me a refund.
Unbelievable customer service @Henry & Grace. The shop does not exist. Also its overseas operation.

SHOCKING QUALITY, they are not in the UK. scam, damaged shoes, high postage for returns BUYER BEWARE, YOU HAVE TO PAY POSTAGE TP ASIA IF THEY ARE NOT SUITABLE. I believe they are now operating as Hazel and May, saying they are in Brighton, SCAMMERS

Content on website and social media highly misleading and inaccurate.
Not British, not good quality at all, not entitled to refunds, buyer has to ship back to China in return for 10% refund.

I also got scammed and think I’m quite savvy but the website is very good at pretending to be in the uk and looks plausible. It’s cheap badly made shoes that come from china and are two sizes too small so you will do as I do and wait a month and basically you can’t wear them. The quality is awful and isn’t even worth a tenner. Even if they could be worn. Straight in the charity bag. I wish there was a way trading standards could shut their website down. Their website is a total lie. How can they get away with it? Please don’t order from them and don’t get conned like me and the other people on here.

If I could give less than a star I would . A complete con . Not a closing down sale of high quality shoes but a direct supply of cheap shoddy shoes from China . Very difficult to navigate returns and customer responsible for returning goods to China . So much for a closing down sale . This company should not be trading

Henry and Grace London fashion house does not exist in London or anywhere in the UK as it proclaims,it is not registered on Companies House.

The company takes your order , takes your money and as by magic your order doesn’t arrive, I ordered a grey dress with polo collar size extra small, what I received was a grey sweater with a hood in a size to large for an elephant.
The website is AI generated and appears very genuine. Beware !

AVOID !

An inferior product in terms of quality, which offer shoes not true to size (I ordered an 5 but much closer to an 4) and misleading advertising - Free 30 day return is not free! You have to pay the shipping cost to return to their warehouse in China!
