When i joined herdwatch in November…
When i joined herdwatch in November 2025 I explicitly said there was no subscription to be taken from my account in 2026 until I talked to someone frist. That was ignored by herdwatch as a subscription was taken from my account today. When I rang accounts they where very good to sort it for me and to talk me true my plan and make adjustments and refunds. I have talked to other people who have experienced similar issue with your service. I do not give herdwatch the permission to take any money from my bank account without consulting me frist. I did not sign up to a subscription based service and stated this from the outset. I was not consulted or had the chance to disucuse with herdwatch the nearly doubling of the price of the service sense last year. An email in my spam inbox is just not good enough stating payment has been made. Thank you

I like the the fact that there are…
I like the the fact that there are very little files to store, and everything is in your hand.
This year has been very difficult but with lots of vets visits, but my vet emailed me all treatments what makes it easier to put the information into herdwatch.
I also like the mob part of herdwatch, as I can always tell where livestock are, or have been.
Not to mention lots of other stuff you can do like put feed purchased in to the system.
