After seeing two farmhouse chairs online, I contacted Jennifer who gave me all the details I required to take a drive to Heyclear/mrs m's fareham emporium. What a delight to deal with people who want to see all their house clearance treasures find homes and not end up in landfill. Perfect for my needs, great customer service.

When I met with Lucy, to be given a quote, she was very friendly & listened to me & what I wanted. When I received the quote, which was within 2 hours, we were happy to go with them as the price was very reasonable. They were able to fit me in with a few days. Ryan and James were very organized and worked really quickly. They arrived right on time and got straight into removing all of the old furniture. They were polite and helpful and left everything clean and tidy when they were finished.

Excellent service. Got a quick response and quote on initial contacts. On the day, Ryan and James were polite and efficient. They treated my house like it was their own, especially when one of the pieces of furniture proved hard to get out of a narrow doorway. Well done!

Very professional company, when I first called in regards to having a whole house cleared they spoke to me for quite some time about the process and were able to answer all of my questions, which was very reassuring.

If I could give 10 stars I would.
We have a large 1 bedroom flat. And unfortunately was uninhabitable due to years of hoarding rubbish.
We contacted hey clear online, and shortly got a call back.
As can be imagined, a hoarding situation is highly embarrassing, but the ladies on the phone put us at ease.
A lovely man came out to assess, and he was sympathetic. A few hours later we got a quote, which we agreed to, and paid 50 percent deposit after agreeing a clear up date.
On the day, the same lovely guy turned up with 2 more guys who were the clear up team. Again, they all were highly sympathetic, and put our minds at ease.
Now, the property was literally floor to ceiling full of rubbish, and is on the second floor up. No way did we imagine they could finish it in one day.
However, we left them with the keys, to post back through the door after, and working hard from 9 to 6, the two guys really did it.
They surpassed expectations, everything we asked them to leave was left, all junk was gone, and even some other salvageable things were left.
We couldn't possibly be more pleased. From start to finish, the ladies on the phone, the assessment guy, and the two workers were all more than sympathetic, and helpful, efficient, perfect.
I cannot recommend this company any more, they go above and beyond.
If anybody is too embarrassed or ashamed to get things done, we urge you to bite the bullet, I assure that's it's a very simple, and non embarrassing situation.
If only every company took the time and effort to give such a perfect service.
