This is not parking for the Hyatt. I am reminding you this is not parking for the Hyatt if you think you’re parking here and going to the Time New York expect to pay $160 especially airfare over 24 hours. We pulled in thinking this was parking for the Hyatt Time, New York, nor is it parking for the grand Hyatt even though the parking garage is underneath the hotel.

Updated review. My complaint was acted upon and I am receiving a refund for their mixup of not honoring my reservation. Daniel who helped resolve it was wonderful! I have booked another reservation at same garage tomorrow before our show . …. Keeping my fingers crossed for smooth transaction.
I changed my rating to a 4 from a 1 because issue was resolved but honestly I would have loved not to have the hassle at all.

We had a prepaid parking reservation for $48 and were told there was no record of it when we retrieved our car. We were charged an additional $78 to get our car. I reported to Visa charge card services the additional charge was wrong and we are disputing it!

I had problems with another parking app and the parking attendant was so patient and kind he helped me get onto this app and walked me through every step. I was so appreciative gave him a good tip.

Very prompt service and super courteous employees!

Unfortunately, when I arrived at the garage, they did not have any space. They indicated that I was welcome to wait in the street until a car exited. This caused me to have to seek other parking arrangements. If you’re going to accept reservations and pre-payment there should be no question in honoring them.

The emplacement is perfect. My room was in crown plaza, the door and the parking are together. My car was there for 5 days. Employees were great.

Best parking experience I've ever had in NYC.
Covered entry/two street entry/exit.
We had a wheelchair accessible van that requires additional space for entry/exit. This location was
excellent for that.
The attendant was also very helpful and understood the importance of care with such a van. I would highly recommend this garage. While the parking was not inexpensive, it was worth every penny for the location and convenience of traveling with a person with a disability.
