All good. Thought it was self-park but all was fine.

Simple in and out p, freundky staff

Prepaid and pre-reserved parking. Charged an additional $15 for large vehicle. This has never happened before. I will not use this lot again.

Ease of location, Courteous Staff, Clean facility.

I must say that Icon Parking responded promptly and professionally when I experienced an over charge on my account. I called customer service spoke to Angelica and Icon refunded my entire amount. I greatly appreciate that. Thank you

Although very busy the staff was polite, helpful and hustled to get you in and out quickly.

I was lured into a great deal online - and when i got to the car park, i was informed that my car was oversized (ford explorer) and i had to pay an extra $16!!!!! When i booked the ticket it was not mentioned that the car needed to be a mini car to get the discount. I don't mind paying $20+ for car park as long as i know this is what i am going to get! This was purely a very bad experience and a beyond a joke! Not impressed and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND to book again to anyone!
And reading your réponse… how to put it nicely… it’s too easy to put 10 pages of small (minuscule print) and said: told you so! You could be frankly straight and transparent and clearly ask for instance during the booking the size of the car…? Nan… too simple and far too clear: you wouldn’t want to help your customer, would you?! Same feeling CRAP service and lie even worst considering your answer full of excuses.

Garage attendant was very courteous…disappointed that parking price was so high and tax was added on.. not happy w price but attendant was great

When I went to check out the attendant insisted that I py an additional $12.00. I showed him the printed icon voucher he took it and threw it in the garbage without even looking at it. I protested the extra charge since I parked there within the time limits of my ICON voucher. He refused to give my car until I paid the additional charge of $12.00.
I consider this as theft and false representation by ICON. I plan to file at small claims court

There was no attendant at the garage. I waited for a half hour and tried calling the phone number associated with the garage but no one answered. Several other frustrated people were also waiting to park. I eventually left and had to spend time looking for street parking.

Quick reception and even quicker exit. Car was right there for when i had To leave. Guys working were great!

the attendant gave us a receipt on our phone and the car was easily accessible since our dr. appointment lasted only an hour!

Although the staff was great, the system had not registered our paid reservation and this created a long delay when we arrived. We had the scanner code, res. no. , app res. and email from ICon and yet there was this problem. Otherwise the experience was fine. Again, very nice and attentive personnel.

It went as expected, check in and ck out. Most of the attendants were very friendly.
