Surprise Charges
Booked using the App and when I went charged additional 18 dollars. It was never memtioned anywhere..I used to use this app very often a few years back and it was a good experience. Now, I don't know is this specific to a location I chose or all Icon parking are like this. Mention if there are any additional charges so that the customer is aware.

Please note that, our website provides our terms and conditions as well as the email confirmation we send to your by email. One of these terms states that an oversize fee will be charged at the location if the vehicle exceeds standard size requirements.
As a general guideline, a vehicle is considered oversized if it is 181 inches or longer in length, or 65 inches or taller in height.

Excess Charge
I arrived earlier than indicated as time of arrival and left long before time indicated for departure; nonetheless I was charged extra for the early arrival that significantly increased payment beyond the discounted rate contracted...
One has little control over traffic coming into the city and it would seem foolish simply to wait outside of the garage to park later. As long as the time spent in the garage does not exceed the contracted parameters, I don't think adding a surcharge is appropriate.

Peter, thank you for sharing your experience with us. We always strive to make the booking process as easy as possible for you and are sorry to hear that you were unaware of our reservation policy. Please note that our website and reservation confirmation email states that if you arrive before the reservation time, or, exit after the reservation time, you will be subject to pay for the time parked outside of your reservation. This is calculated automatically, and the payment will be required at the time of check-out.
Avoid at all costs. Terrible
Terrible. App pricing not honored because of late entry and then instead of charging me what the app would’ve charged if I booked 10:30 instead of 9:30, they charged by the hour as if I had no reservation.
To add insult to injury, I tipped at drop off and asked to be put on the EV charger. When I picked up the car I find that they didn’t bother to plug it in ((and yes I expected to pay for the charger).
Since congestion pricing started there are wayyyyyy too many options in the area to.choose from - why deal with this nonsense?

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your experience. The rate you purchased was a discounted Early Bird rate, which requires arrival by the time stated in your reservation. As noted during booking, arriving later may result in standard hourly charges.
We apologize for the missed EV charging request. That should not have been overlooked, and we understand how disappointing that must have been, especially after you tipped and clearly communicated your needs.
We know you have many options in the area, and we appreciate you giving us a try. Your feedback is important, and we’ll use it to improve our service.
Two night stay
Made an appointment for a two night stay, and the location was great and the attendants were very helpful. One of the better parking locations in Murray Hill. It was also about $100 less than the place on 39th st.

Extremely unprofessional
Extremely unprofessional, had to cancel my reservation because of their poor excuse of customer service. Gave some stupid excuse as to why I could not park there, even though I already had paid in advanced. Do not go to this garage unless if you want to get scammed

They extra charge you for late arrival
I made a reservation from 10 am to 10 pm. But I was surprised that I was charged for an extra amount because I arrived "late" as they said. I don't think it makes sense.
