Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I placed an order for a bed on 28th May 2021. The website stated that the bed was backordered and would take a few weeks to be shipped over, so I was prepared for that. On 16th June I received an email saying the bed had been shipped by IKEA. On 31st July I received an email saying "Your Order has been shipped through our own truck . You will receive it soon" and when tracked the order appeared to be out for delivery. I arranged my plans to be home for the day, but the bed never arrived. I phoned Idiya and a stressed employee advised me that they couldn't find part of the bed (I think - she was difficult to understand). She promised to keep looking and phone me in 2 days with an answer. I heard nothing until a week later when I received an email saying they didn't have the bed at all, they had attempted to get another one sent from overseas but their supplier had none in stock. They offered me the bed in another color or a full refund. I then learned via email that the container had originally arrived from overseas on 16th June and it didn't contain the bed. They elected not to communicate with me, but to wait until another shipment arrived. I would have preferred to be advised of the situation and offered a refund at this point, so I could order the bed from another supplier. Ultimately, they've had over $1000 of my money since 28th May and haven't been able to provide the product. I feel they didn't communicate well. They have not apologized for the situation or offered any sort of compensation for mucking me around. I get the impression this sort of thing happens frequently with this company. I regret placing the order through Idiya. There is another company (I won't name them but easy to find online) who also import Ikea furniture, who I have had good experiences with. I ordered through Idiya because the delivery cost was slightly cheaper, but I now regret this as it has been a complete waste of time. I advise anyone considering ordering IKEA furniture to use another company.

Communication Breakdown
Pretty guttered the bed I ordered was sold out and I now have to wait for it to be restocked. Was offered other beds and also a refund which was cool. Also, I had to ring idiya to find this out. No one notified me.

purchasing online was very efficient and simple. delivery is today, i was expecting to wait a couple weeks but communication with my order has kept me up to date and has been very helpful. i’m very pleased at how quick this was. Very happy with my experience.

Service was satisfactory, would be giving 5 stars if it wasn't for a small inconvenience of one small item missing and one component slightly damaged. However new replacement parts where sent via courier promptly.

Really impressed with ease of the buying process and outstanding delivery service! The bookcase was easy to put together only requiring 2 people at the end. It looks really nice and surprisingly accurate from product description. Only comment is the skirting cut out could be higher to reflect older home skirtings, but not a major. Very pleased. Thank you.

Failed to deliver
Ordered and paid for 3 months ago. Was promised delivery several times. Turns out they don’t have it.
They apologised and refunded my delivery costs but I have to wait another couple of months for delivery and way too much false assurance.

Received confirmation email, nothing else, just a confirmation email. Wouldn’t have a clue what’s happening with my order as everytime I try to track my order it says processing. Poor communication.

The bed came with damages and lot of dust on the sofa. The team was nice was to accept it and advise replacement but is only going to be delivered 4 days later.
Quick delivery great service!
This was new slats and frame to insry into ikea slat bed.the old slts were cheap and just sat on the bed frame.the nee slat bed has rubber mounts and precision slats with different gradings.
It slotted straight into the existing bed frame and is about 50mm higher.
A great upgrade st a very reasonable price and took anout 1 hr to assemble and install.
Purchase confirmed in minutes and despatched. same day.rxcelkent all round
