This thread consists of fake reviews. I would not trust the IndieMassive because in their FAQ they indicated that they deliver music to YouTube content ID, but in reality this service does not work, and they also do not deliver to some of the other DSPs they indicated. Even after contacting them they did not update the information. They have one of the worst sales analytics that I have ever seen, one might say that it is almost non-existent. They promised to fix it in a couple of weeks, but six months later nothing has changed

I have found IndieMassive (particularly Ace, who I dealt with), to have the rare quality of going the extra mile to solve any issues that might arise. Their communication and customer service is absolutely first class, and they often replied to my emails within an hour, and always within 24 hours. I can not recommend this company enough! Excellent service!

Very satisfied with Indiemassive!

I did an extensive search when trying to choose a distributor and I am happy with my decision. Customer support is there main strength. Always answer within 24 hours (if not quicker) and always ready to help in any way they can (all my questions/issues were resolved). The platform is great too. Very easy to use. All round great experience. Highly recommend

Fast and Helpful

I reached out to the support team and they were really helpful and fast with their responses. In comparison to some of the previous distributors, I worked with just getting a response could take multiple days, the IndieMassive team helped resolve my issue and answered all my questions in a few hours! Definitely worth a switch!
