I was sold the incorrect phone charging lead at Gatwick airport and was unable to return it to Gatwick.
Emailed customer services and easily followed their instructions to have the charger returned and my money refunded.

My daughters headphones where faulty, give me a refunds with no problem. Customer service were very helpful, quick to respond and friendly.
Super friendly customer care and great aftersales service
After having a lsight issue with the product purchased at an InMotion store in Dublin Airport the process to have this fixed was super simple. the support and customers care staff i spoke to afterwards were also super helpful... culd not ask for more
Good communication once I got hold of them
Very good communication with Inmotion for a refund on some earphones that I bought in the airport. However it was very difficult on the website to find the right way to contact them. The refund/exchange page said that customer service would reply to an email - i sent an email twice but did not receive a reply - when i dug around further on the website I found a whatsapp number which I then contacted and had a response quickly. I would recommend that they make instructions on their website clearer.
They did refund the price of postage though without any quibble.
It is a shame though that they cannot offer an exchange on faulty goods as I don't pass through Gatwick very often - and 2 weeks later the same offers wasn't available at Heathrow.

Bought headphones from an InMotion store in a UK airport needed to return them as they were the wrong product. I live in the EU so had to send them by post to their UK office. They were very efficient keeping me updated by email and fully refunded me including the postage.
