Over the last 10 years I've had blinds fitted throughout my house by this great company, everyone I've dealt with has been friendly and professional and have always turned up when they say they will, the pure white venetian blinds I chose are really good quality, well fitted and a lovely "white" white, would highly recommend Instyle Blinds

From start to finish the service was absolutely fantastic. The team were friendly and really took the time to make sure everything was measured and fitted perfectly. The quality of the shutters is outstanding — they look stylish, feel sturdy, and have completely transformed the look of my house. You can tell they’re made to a high standard.
Communication was smooth throughout, and the installation was quick, clean, and professional. It’s rare to find a company that delivers exactly what they promise, but this experience genuinely exceeded my expectations! 5 star!

We had been using instyle blinds for years with no problem but the most recent experience was so poor I felt I had to warn others. We ordered some wooden shutters in April of 2024 but after being told "two more weeks" for almost a year decided to ask for a refund. They were very awkward about the refund saying that they have to wait for a month to refund as they need to speak with their accountant. We got the refund back eventually but the customer service was terrible and they seemed to lie with ease during each conversation. Not a good experience at all. I believe this company is struggling financially and after checking their company accounts it seems that they have been for some time. I would be very careful giving this company any money and certainly use a credit card to allow you to claim back if, like I, you don't get what you ordered.

I bought a set of custom fit roof blinds for my conservatory. I opted to fit them myself as the company offered a DIY option.

The blinds arrived quickly and were a perfect fit. I had questions when fitting and was given excellent advice over the phone and email. They were patient with my questions. I would buy from them again.

These are very satisfactory. Suit my needs 100%. The installers were very professional and pleasant. Very happy with the result.

Absolutely thrilled with our new blinds. Dave fitted blinds in our bay windows perfectly which wasn’t an easy task due to the fact that our windows are uneven but he has managed to ensure that there are no gaps, they are straight, and above all, that they look brilliant. We have been impressed with the service that we have received from start to finish, in helping us choose beautiful blinds and getting us a great price. Much better service and fitting than we received from another local company that supplied and fitted our previous blinds. Will be recommending to everyone and we are so pleased that we have already asked Dave to come back and fit more for us.

Ordered some blinds online. Sent to wrong address then when finally got to me no fitting instructions. Despite asking for some none were sent. With no instructions tried to fit them but two were okay, more by luck than anything else. The other two ended up kinked and looked terrible. They did offer a goodwill gesture payment of £30 but I've never received this. After two months fitting instructions were sent having been requested again. With the fitting instructions they are all fitted properly however will never get rid of all the kinks which look terrible. A simple act of sending the fitting instructions with the order would have avoided all this. And despite reminding them about the goodwill gesture surprise surprise still not been received. They did offer to have the blinds back initially but they could have just emailed the fitting instructions to see if that solved the problem. Have spent several hours of my life attempting to sort the blinds that don't look perfect as I hoped they would when I ordered them I can't possibly recommend this company.

We are so pleased with both the service from the team at InStyle Blinds and our Pleated Roof Blinds and Perfect Fit Side Blinds. From start to finish we have been over the moon with the service, from the process of the team coming out to our home and measuring our conservatory space, to actually installing our blinds. We have found that our conservatory is awkwardly angled but the InStyle team went above and beyond to get the job done and make sure that we felt more secure in our home with our new stylish blinds. I will definitely be recommending InStyle Blinds to others in the future. Thanks again to the team!

The guy taking the measurements gets the order incorrect and does an incomplete job. Quoted 3 week lead time from order to fitting but ended up being 3 months. Constantly on the phone during that time with no clear idea when they would be ready. Not the right product when it turned up so had to wait 2 weeks. Totally the wrong approach to priorities when it comes to rectifying mistakes. Incorrect invoice value as the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. Quality of product is good. I would avoid as there are better companies who supply the same products. On a positive note they were very good at chasing for their money due.
