Internal Doors provided a delivery window for the door, I had to make arrangements to have someone at the flat during that time. They subsequently missed the delivery window, but dropped off part of the door with a package of ironmongery for some inexplicable reason. Customer service explained they would only re-deliver the door if I paid a fee, I told them I wanted refund which they only partially provided as I had to return the ironmongery at my own expense. They subsequently refunded me less than the cost of redelivery. Appalling customer service don't use these scam artists.

Awful. I am deaf and cannot use the phone. They responded to my initial email enquiry about a custom-sized door ok, advising me that there was an 18-week lead time. I said that was OK but they didn't respond further even after I prompted them. I get fed up of businesses which prefer to rely on the phone to do their stuff & who seem incapable or unwilling to adapt to those for whom the phone is impractical.
The only response was from William at 15:35 on 6 May. I replied to that but heard no more, then prompted and still heard no more. As such, there is no quote or order number.

The sales lady (Layla) was absolutely amazing. Her sense of humour, her product knowledge and customer interaction made the process of buying new doors a very straight forward and enjoyable process.

Emma and her colleague were helpful, informative and patient, as there is so much to think about - who knew doors and all the fixtures and fittings came in so many different colours and styles! They were customer focused and professional.

I have come across an individual during my experience with Internal doors, Chloe R., who provided me a realistic delivery date (it is much longer that anticipated due to an issue with the supplier) while I can live with it rather than dragging along, with others tend to do- Thank you Chloe!

I’m writing this review out of sheer frustration, as all other attempts to resolve this issue have been ignored. I have contacted your customer service team multiple times via email requesting a call, yet I’ve received no response. I have also tried calling repeatedly, only to be passed around without anyone taking responsibility or offering a solution.
I am owed a substantial refund, and the complete lack of communication is unacceptable. This experience has caused unnecessary stress and anxiety, and I am extremely disappointed with how this has been handled.
I am would like that someone contact me immediately to resolve this matter. Thank you

From my first contact with internal doors I received great service. Layla and the team were very helpful and replied quickly to my emails. Even when I changed my order it was not a problem. I now have to wait for my bespoke doors. Thank you to all the team.

Amazing service from Layla, She answered all my questions, she quickly found out the doors i wanted were all in stock. I needed 20 doors so space to store so many at that time was difficult. No problem they offered to hold the doors free of charge for up to 6 weeks. So I purchased all the doors and they arrived today after they were stored for 4 weeks. I would definitely use them again

I spoke to a person said exactly what I needed. They said we have those doors.
They arrived but wrong doors. Now they want £20 a door to re stock them.
Crap service. Don’t use them. Builder for 40yrs

We ordered 11 oak Ely doors from internal doors and whole experience was a total joke and so unprofessional.
When I ordered the doors I got a phone call to say that the doors would be delivered on Friday 31st January and I would get a tracking number and approximate time that morning,I called them the day before and check that they were definitely coming on the Friday and was assured that they were so I took a days holiday so I could accept the delivery.
On the Friday morning I had heard nothing from internal doors inc no tracking number or approximate delivery time so I called them for reassurance that the doors were definitely being delivered that day and I was told that they would definitely be delivered by 5pm,so I waited in all day and still no doors so I called them back at 4pm and they said that the doors wouldn’t be delivered that day and it would be Monday instead!!!! No call from them to tell me this and as the customer I shouldn’t be the 1 chasing this they should be informing me about any problems with the delivery,also a day off work wasted.
So Monday came round and I said delivery would need to be after 3-30 and was told that would be requested,
Again no call or message with approx delivery time or tracking code!!
So I left it a while and having heard nothing I phoned again and after another 20 minute call they admitted that they had no idea where the doors were and there had never even been a tracking number on my order for 11 oak doors!! I couldn’t believe what I was hearing and enough was enough and I cancelled the whole order and demanded a full refund asap.
On the Thursday I get an email from internal doors saying sorry for the delay on my order but so glad I have them now,I had no doors and thought it was April the 1st!!! they said had been signed for by an RTS(return to sender) which the delivery company had done in their warehouse,so again I the customer had to phone internal doors to say I had not received and doors and they said that they would need to contact the delivery firm to confirm this and get back to me,I asked what the name of the delivery firm was and they told me so I called them as soon as I hung up and they said they had told internal doors that I hadn’t received the doors and they were sending the doors back to internal doors, so I waited for internal doors to call me and confirm that I had never received the doors but 4 hours later again Nothing!!!! I called once again and they said that it was confirmed that I didn’t get the doors so I asked for my money back asap as that was 3 day’s wasted since I cancelled the order only to be told it would be another 5 to 10 working days!!! I was not happy at all and said I wanted something to say my refund was on its way and here I am 5 days later and no message to confirm my refund was on its way.
All in all a total joke from start to where I am at just now as i still have no sign of my money back!!!
internal doors don’t keep the customer in the loop with nothing and customer service is nonexistent as they never return any calls,also I’m still waiting for my cash back from them 1 week after I cancelled my order.
