Upon my return, I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with the staff, who were unprofessional and rude.
After collecting my baggage, I contacted the number provided as instructed. The staff member informed me that my car would be ready in 30-40 minutes. When I expressed that this was too long, he claimed that the timeframe was mentioned in the email. However, upon reviewing the email, I found it clearly stated that the car would be ready within 30 minutes of contact.
Despite this, it took exactly 55 minutes for the driver to arrive. When the driver (whose name was Nauman) contacted me, I informed him that it would take me a few minutes to come down due to the cold weather and the fact that my children were hungry and I was waiting to collect their meal. By the time I reached the meet-and-greet area, it had been only five minutes since Nauman contacted me.
Upon arrival, I found my car unattended, left open in the drop-off area of the short-stay parking lot, with the key left inside the vehicle. Nauman had sent a text message stating he was busy and had left the car there. This was extremely unsafe, as the car could have easily been stolen.
Additionally, the driver’s seat mat was covered in mud, and the interior of the car was left in a dirty state. When I started the car, I was immediately alerted to critically low tire pressure. I contacted Nauman to inquire about this issue, and his response was dismissive and unprofessional. He stated it was “none of his business” and abruptly hung up the phone.
This parking service is neither safe nor professional. Leaving a car unattended and unsecured is unacceptable, and the condition in which my vehicle was returned was appalling. Moreover, the service is not cost-effective, as it requires paying an additional £10 short-stay entrance fee both upon arrival and departure.
I strongly advise against using this service due to the lack of professionalism, safety concerns, and hidden costs.
Rubbish, do not use this Company, otherwise you’ll end up regretting.
Day of depersture, no clear instruction, no ownership and was passed around from oke person to another.

Terrible service from drop off to pick up. We were delayed on arrival and told them that yet had to wait over 40 minutes for a pick up. Luckily our flight was also delayed. On arrival we waited an hour and a half and had to call many times to check where our car was only to be told the driver was stuck in traffic and it would be 20 minutes. We could see from our phone tracker that the car was still parked. Another family had the same experience and it took two hours for them to get their car back. We called repeatedly and were given different numbers and spoke to different people with Indian accents to be fobbed off with same story - car was twenty minutes away. A Stansted airport employee told us this happens all the time and that they are not properly insured and when we showed him where our park was parked he said that was just parked in the street in a local village 1.5 miles away. plus, you have to pay for the car park entry and exit ticket which made the whole thing very expensive. DO NOT USE. UNPROFESSIONAL, COULDN’T CARE LESS, PROBABLY NOT INSURED. We feel lucky we actually got our car back!
JBF responded to my original review only because they are embarrassed. I spoke to the Director herself and she stuck by her Valet saying it was common practice to snatch cash out of people's hands. she refused to refund. Doesn't appear that she is registered for VAT

Horrible service!! Not only they were late to pick up the car, they scratched it and now dodging my emails for 2 weeks. They told me not to worry "it happens".

One star is too much for them very rude staff complete rip off make sure you read terms and conditions before accepting.
I was charged £40 in order to be able to enter just because I missed a flight and not able to amend the entry date despite the fact that if you don’t turn up on time you’re in a loss not them because you have payed for it anyway but if you enter later that the specified time you will be charged £40 to be able to amend it if you’re lucky over the phone the same thing will happen even if you return earlier that your booking not expecting a refund from them but on top of that you will have to pay £40 to leave the parking early 😡. Complete disgrace

They told us only to contact them after picking up our luggages once in London, and so we did. We were travelling with two small kids and they made us wait for almost an hour from 2am to 3am, when I have already shared my flight details with them and they new what time we were landing. It was very distressful for the kids and very exhausting fir everyone. They couldn't care less about this. I wouldn't book with them as they don't respect times. ALSO the car was mega dirty..bad bad

We used this company because of their cheap rates & thought what could go wrong. Collection was okay I must admit but when we returned had to wait & further 20mins outside. Our car looked like it had been on an around the world rally. It was absolutely filthy inside & out, mud up both sides the wheels were covered in mud, both foot wells were covered in mud & the pedals. Absolutely terrible, god knows what they done with it, a brand new car that looked like it’ll just come out of a scrapyard. Never again. 😡

Annoying to be waiting for 40mins when landing at 2am! It would have been quicker to have just parked in the car park and get a bus.

I booked the JBF 'Meet & Greet' at Stansted airport via their buddies at 'Compare Your Parking'. The prices whown at the point of booking were not transparent and there was no mention of having to pay an extra £20!! When their driver met us in the short stay car park he handed us the short stay parking ticket and told us we had to pay the £10 and that it was in the Ts&Cs. This also meant we had to pay the £10 short stay car park fee upon our return. When I arrived home, I checked the booking process and there is absolutely no mention that the driver is liable to pay two £10 car park fees in addition to the meet and greet parking fee. We absolutely would not have booked with this provider, through this company had we had the full facts at the point of booking. Also, as others have mentioned my brand new car was returned filthy - had clearly been parked in a muddy field and the millage for the drivers journey to us was shown as 5 miles! Furthermore, we waited 32 minutes for the driver to arrive upon our return. For all the reasons stated I DO NOT RECOMMEND JBF meet and greet or their friends at Compare your Parking.
If I could give zero stars I would.

Terrible from the word go, On arrival on the 15th we waited over an hour for our cars to be collected even though we called to make you aware 30mins before hand, good job we left enough time else we may have been late for check in.
On arrival back to the uk we Called the number like the text messages said 30mins before hand to be told that they couldn’t find the cars.
After calling and sending text messages one car turned up and we was told that the other drivers was to return with the driver and collect there cars from the pound, this was absolutely disgusting considering we have paid the money for the service,
We had 2 young babies with us as well as older adults, we waited at the airport for over an hour and half. All in all your service is absolutely shocking.
You need to look at getting more staff and the service may run smooth.

Terrible service and will never be used again.
Arrived back at Stanstead airport and followed all given instructions, we made the call exactly when asked too and got told “unfortunately your car is not where it should be and it will take an hour for your car to arrive”
With a very upset 7 month baby and inpatient 5 year old this was not the situation we were hoping for.
After the hour had gone past, our vehicle still wasn’t with us; the employee from the meet and greet company who was driving the cars to the airport actually dropped off another customers vehicle and asked me to get in his vehicle with him so we could drive our car back from their yard.
So not only did we wait over an hour, I had to do their job for them.
It’s an experience I’m going to try and forget quickly and urge no one to use this unprofessional company

AVOID!!!!
On arrival we we waited 45 mins for a driver to arrive to meet us and take our car, and then when we landed we called when we came through passport control, like it says to, but unfortunately we was told they was unable to locate our cars in the compound, after finally waiting nearly a hour they located our cars but as we was with a group booking and they only had 1 driver they said it was going to take them some time to deliver the cars, in the end the driver arrived in 1 of ours car and then took the other drivers to the compound to pick there cars up
ABSOULTE SHAMBLES!!!!!

Mis represented their service. Had been told to phone when landed so car could be ready. Then phoned when luggage collected to be told they were dropping another car so would be 20 min wait. This turned into a 45 min wait. The fact the price does not include the extra £20 is just a way of catching people out with a lower price when searching. This is just people using the drop off point in the short stay car park to run a so called meet and greet. I will be using the official meet and greet parking in the future!!

I used Jbmeetandgreet in the last two weeks for meet and greet parking at Stansted Airport.
I made my booking through a comparison website and had no problems with the emailed instructions and the initial drop off.
On my return from holiday in the late afternoon a few days ago, I rang the operator after collecting my luggage, as instructed and was advised I would have to wait 35-40 mins for my car to be delivered. When I complained that this was not an acceptable delay especially as I had my wife and young child with me, the operator became rude and abrupt, basically stating it was too bad as there was a shortage of drivers!
After over 45 mins of waiting for my car to be returned and having not heard anything further, I made another call to the operator and was told the car would arrive in 5 mins, with no apology.
My car eventually arrived a further 20 mins later, having waited for approx. 70 mins outside with my family at their pick up point.
On their website they boast “We will be tracking your return flight so we can ensure your vehicle is ready and waiting for you”, so I can’t really understand why they would not have made the necessary arrangements to cover their driver shortages from earlier in the day.
I wrote to the head office to complain and requested a refund due to the poor service and this was their response “As you booked through a comparison site, we regret to inform you that we are unable to facilitate a refund. However, we value your feedback and will take steps to ensure smoother operations in the future to prevent such delays from occurring again”. Having since taken the time to read their reviews, this appears to be the standard response
Not quite sure why it matters how I booked, as they will no doubt still get paid for the job, so I wrote back again but have not received any further response! I also shared my honest feedback on their website, which will unlikely ever be published.
Terrible experience, which unfortunately spoilt the end of a lovely break for myself and family.
Our second time using jbf, and they are wonderful, spoke to Alice and she is so lovely, the flight was delayed and she still managed to get our car there on time.

Kept us waiting for 35 minutes despite saying they would only be 15. Had to keep calling to ask where our car is. If you’re going to be 35 minutes then tell the customer so they can staying in the thermal and have a drink as opposed to waiting outside for ages.
