I bought the "Full Spectrum Tincture CBD Oil" a few days ago.

It does nothing. Waste of money.

I am writing this to let everyone know that the justCBD customer service is the best because they know how important it is to have knowledge about the product and Callum is the best at his job

I wanted to be mad I really did. I wanted to be angry about my orders being wrong or having an issue, but I just can't the support is wonderful and they fix everything hassle free. I'll be so upset then get on the phone with them and they just instantly make it better. I love these people. And big props to Julie I asked for a drawing on my order slip and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. The support ladies are wonderful. I've never had better service i always feel so bad complaining, and they always say "no if something is wrong you cakl" ill be dammed they mean it. I love these people. I just wish support knew how wonderful they are!!

These are my favourite CBD vapes and when there was an issue with my order, Callum made sure it was resolved immediately and I was given a generous new order! :)

When I reviewed my order it was not correct. I contacted them they sent the item I was missing doubling the quantity at no charge. Great service and products.

website advertises that gummies are available in 4oz and 16oz "jars", yet the actual net weight is much less and only mentioned once. Some descriptions show size of 4oz and 16oz. Sales order mentions 16 oz size a number of times, yet no mention of the actual weight. This is misleading. Refused order credit. They claim to never had a problem with this, yet you can see some under their other reviews. 16 oz jar only contains 10.5oz and the 4 oz jar only contains 2.9 oz.

For those of you like me who suffer from insomnia, this product is life changing. Sleep is such an integral element of your mental health and overall wellbeing. I was really struggling to function day to day on an average of 3-4 hours of broken sleep each night - some nights I wouldn't even sleep at all. For me insomnia is by far the cruelest symptom of menopause. I've taken this now for 10 days and can honestly say it's liquid gold! I have played around with the doses, but since taking this, I fall asleep straight away and have enjoyed a full night's sleep of between 7 1/2 - 9 hours of sleep every night. At long last I finally feel like my old self again; I wake up feeling rested, have mental clarity, and have the energy I need to be productive. I'd highly recommend this to anyone who struggles to sleep, as it has given me my life back.

Ordered gummies 2 weeks ago. They sent tracking but it still has not shipped. Getting ghosted by customer service. We are very disappointed and will take our CBD business elsewhere. Sad, after years of good service from them.

I've ordered several times through this company over the years. My last three experiences were not great. First of the three, I waited a month without receiving the product just to be told that they never shipped it out because it was out of stock. Would have been nice to know that. I should not have to contact them to get a refund on an out of stock item. It should automatically be refunded. Second order, ordered bath bombs. They were out of stock on two of the four scents I ordered so they added random bath bombs to my order to fill it. Never advised me before hand. Just a surprise when I received it. They did give me extra bath bombs at no charge, just not what I ordered. The last order I made, once again they accepted the order. One week later I had not received a tracking or shipping notification. I emailed the company and sure enough, they were out of stock and canceled my order. They didn't care to advise me of any of this. And once again, I had to request a refund to get my money back. The business practices are poor with this company. They seem to have limited supply of thier products. Their customer service and correspondence is poor. There are better companies that sell CBD products at comparable prices. Avoid this company until it gets its act together.

I had an issue with my vape starter pack; the coil in the cartridge didn't work. I bought it from a third-party site but decided to call Just CBD to get troubleshooting instructions. They ended up sending me a a brand new starter kit.

In love with the brand, in love with the products, i recommend everyone to try.
The staff is always amazing and they love to help the costumer.

Great tasting CBD gummies that actually work. I tried the "emoji" shape and they seem to do the trick. Just one helps me as a sleep aid at night.

I assume results may vary though. Obviously consult with your doctor before trying hemp products to see if you'd have any potential reactions with prescription medications. I'm currently on medication and have experienced no problems myself personally.

Would also point out they arrived reasonably timely manner, even if it took a reminder to customer service to check on my order.

Great variety and quality with this company. Recommended to those who enjoy the CBD experience.

The order was posted 9 days ago, by 48 hour signed for delivery, so it should have arrived 7 days ago. The Royal Mail have sent this back and forth to the wrong sorting office, to the right sorting office, and to the wrong sorting office again. Now, 10 days later, the item is at the wrong sorting office again. I asked for a refund and for the order to be cancelled, as I have bought CBD from elsewhere now, and was told the item would definitely be delivered by yesterday or today. It has still not been received and has now been sent back to the wrong sorting office. My latest email to Just CBD has been ignored. Most people who order CBD do not want to be waiting over 10 days to receive it. I am not a great fan of amazon, but at least if there is a problem receiving an order, they either arrange a replacement to be sent or a refund. If I dont get my product in the next few days I will just arrange a charge back via my card provider. I will not be using this company again.

Ordered 2 just CBD disposable vapes (sour diesel and pineapple express 2ml 1500 puff). They weren't the devices that were shown on the box! Only half full of liquid and definitely not the 2ml liquid as advertised. Won't charge! After 3 hours they still flashed red! Emailed customer support twice and no response 4 days later.

RECENT UPDATE, a member of the team reached out to us over the review and was confused. They hadn't received our emails about the product and had no idea about the problems. It appears that our complaints had been sent to JUSTCBD.net which is the company's American counterpart and they don't reply to overseas messages. I have no idea how this has happened but it seems more an error on our part. The representative understood the problems with the products and rectified the issues immediately. OUR FAITH IS RESTORED!! Justcbdstore.uk - Ordered quite a few disposable cbd vapes within the past few months and they always arrive leaking from the button but they are still usable. However my most recent order has arrived leaking and not working and i have not received a response after contacting them on whatsapp and email (the website states 1-2 hours)
