It’s always a pleasurable experience to have my lawn serviced by lawn starter. The communication is great and there’s much flexibility working with my Pro Renarld! I am a second year user and will continue as long as I can. Mind you he always mows my lawn and trims my hedges to my high standards!

Horrible
I booked a lawn care service through LawnStarter, and it was a complete disaster. It took two weeks just to get an appointment scheduled, and then the pro canceled at the last minute with no attempt to reschedule. My pregnant wife and I were left scrambling to find another provider on short notice, which was incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, LawnStarter refused to issue a credit or any compensation for the inconvenience. Apparently, they don’t stand by their service or their customers. If you’re looking for reliability and decent customer support, look elsewhere.
Do yourself a favor and avoid LawnStarter.

WORST company I have ever had to deal…
WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Their "pros" spend an average of 12 min on my yard and charge $53, That's $265 an hour. They tell you they will do specific work and do a shabby job. They INUNADATE you with emails - I have had 16 in 2 days - telling them to stop and they still keep doing it - so I have to block them AND their phone number. DON'T use this company
