Where do I start? I’ve been a customer for over two years now and it’s been ok. However, lately my service has been subpar to be nice about it. I sent pictures showing feedback of the subpar service and as I’m writing this message I still have not received a response. In addition to the subpar services the person who was operating the riding mower caused physical damage to my office building for the last to weeks. The first incident consisted of damage to a cement slab on my front porch. The second consisted of the same operator running into my ac unit off the concrete slab to the point that I had to replace my compressor ($3000). That was the last straw for me. I no longer want these people anywhere near my property. As much as i hate it, I had to just chalk da it up as a lost and do my own lawn. These people are too much of a liability for my business.

They do a great jobs. Pays attention to detail.

Absolute fraud and horrific customer service. Avoid LawnStarter at all costs. My assigned contractor left all the yard waste loose at the curb without bundling or cutting it to code. Because of this, I am now facing a massive code compliance fine from the City of Deltona for unbundled debris. I paid the provider under the false promise that he would return to fix it. Instead, the day before my next service, LawnStarter emailed me claiming the contractor was "no longer available". When I filed a property protection report to get this hazardous mess cleared, customer service claimed the provider was still active and promised he would return that day. Nobody showed up. Four days later, when I followed up, LawnStarter completely CLOSED my case without resolving a single thing. They take your money, leave your property in violation of city ordinances, and then lock you out of support. Absolutely unacceptable. Robinson withEZimprovement

Absolutely pisspoor customer service and reliability. They pushed my service back daily till it hit almost a week. There is no accountability, and no help on the company side. They repeat the same information and then act shocked when their pros don't show up time and time again. I haven't even had a first cut because they keep cancelling. I guarantee most of the positive reviews are bots or paid for because this company is garbage.

We love LawnStarter! They always come on time and do a great job. It’s easy to communicate with them over the app and they offer many other services besides lawn mowing.

My 1st visit the guy did not arrive on scheduled day, the next scheduled service he didn't show up at all. I requested a different pro. They sent Shawn and he has showed up both times. Shawn does a great job and shows up when scheduled. I'm now very pleased with the service.

Absolutely worse service ever!! Don’t ever use them if you want to rescheduled for weeks. Very unprofessional lawn care representatives and the call center is full of people who either don’t live in the USA or care to help. 0 stars possible

The crew was very thorough, neat, and professional.

The staff is dependable and applies immaculate work. Once the areas to be serviced are discussed they acertain all needs are met. I cannot afford bi weekly service until I receive my taxes. Therefore, after this service I need to place a delay in lawn service until October 1st.

Horrible customer service with contractors. No communication between company and a contractor. We get rescheduled grass got out of control. So I had to find someone else to cut my grass because they were incompetent. Also, the contractors would either be late or no-shows and you never got the same Contractor often.

If I could give this place a 0 - 100 zeros I would I've had nothing but issues since I signed up from the first person never showing up to the second person breaking and entering to get to my backyard instead of knocking on my door he broke my fence instead and didn't say anything about it either I've been trying to resolve it and no one in their customer service team has tried to even remotely explain or get back at me sure they sent me to a payment portal where they were going to pay me for the fence repair to a portal I do not understand it all is for businesses that need payment gateways I don't even know and I try to get someone to explain it to me or even tell me if I did it right zero and not only did they break my gate but for the first week of sign up they sent five different people to cut the same lawn that this guy cut. And not only that but they sure don't forget to remind me that I owe them $19 which they're not getting until they pay me for my gate don't use them at all they're unprofessional inconsistent and all over the place their customer service sucks too stay away get somebody better do it yourself actually

What made my experience great with Lawnstarter is the professionalism, the lawn service is perfect, they stay in contact and keep you informed about any inconveniences plus the charge for service is not an arm and a leg. So I'm writing this to show my appreciation, thanks!

Caleb gave us advance notice of his arrival time, responded positively to my request to cut shorter, and cleaned up grass clippings. Excellent experience.

LawnStarter is a like clearing house or dispatcher. The first lawn care company that took the job cancelled several times then was rude to my husband and overcharged. That was handled by LawnStarter by reversing the overcharge and sending someone else, which you can request at any time and do yourself in your settings, if you like. The next company authorized by LawnStarter sent someone who has been polite and efficient every time, and I have set up automatic tipping for him.
