Bill was so extremely helpful in helping me navigate what I should clean my leather with, verses which oil would be best to condition it with afterwards. He was extremely professional and absolutely more than kind enough to go out of his way to do further research for me regarding what I should use with the type of leather sectional that I have from Leather Creations. In having the experience that I had with him and this company, I would highly recommend working with him as I know he will do his best to find everything you may need or want!

We bought our first sofa, ottoman, and chair in 1999… and our son is still using it! Throughout the years, we continued to purchase 2 additional sofas, 3 chairs, and 2 ottoman’s from Leather Creations. Our last purchase was in 2020. The quality of their products, and the outstanding customer service has been our reason for being repeat customers!

We had the best experience selecting and ordering two custom leather sofas and a reclining chair from Leather Creations at the GA Mall location. Robert Wilkins’ vast knowledge and expertise helped guide us through the entire process. He was patient, but never pushy during our extended visit to the showroom and his knowledge of leather was outstanding.

I purchased my sofa set many years ago from Leather Creations and recently inquired about having the seat cushions replaced. Robert and Greg both assisted me at different times with my order. The team at the factory did a great job inserting the new cushions. It is a pleasure to do business with a local business that has a very good customer service team and a quality product.

We are so happy with our purchase from Leather Creations in Deerfield. We purchased a sofa and chair in a dark gray. The leather is amazing to the touch, and so soft and comfortable. Our entire experience at the store was flawless. Wade was our consultant and answered all our questions and provided all the information to make an informed purchase. It was clear Wade was passionate about the American made quality of their products, but was not pushy or intrusive when we (my husband and I) wanted to discuss price/features/accessories. He was also clear about the time frame for the furniture to be made, delivery and maintenance. He was very honest and didn't white-wash anything in the buying process. The delivery company they use is M & B delivery services out of Broadview, IL. The delivery was efficient and the two that were on the truck that day were professional and expedient without rushing. We just had a great overall experience from start to finish. It took just about 6 weeks (plus 4 days) from order to delivery. We couldn't be happier.

Leather Creations, the Regis Style Sofa, Chairs and Ottomans were the best furniture investment we could have made 25 years ago, This because our furniture stills looks new !

I purchased a sofa from Leather Creations 6 years ago. Every time I come in for refills of my cleaner and conditioner the customer service is always amazing!!! My cat has made a few marks on the couch and I left with a referral to have it repaired.

The pre-sales support was excellent and the in-store sales support continued to be superb. All questions answered, demonstration of any sofa we looked at, tried numerous types and the selection of sofa style and leathers was amazing. After providing a complete scenario of our living environment, a recommendation was made. We tested good representative models and finalized our selection - built the way we wanted it and with the materials we wanted!

Leather Creations has been absolutely amazing to work with, and their products are truly top notch. We purchased a powered leather 4-seat theater row with wedge arms back in 2019, and fast forward to 2026 — after a move and building a brand-new, larger home theater — the seats still look almost new and operate flawlessly.

Instead of pushing us to replace everything, Leather Creations suggested we simply add two more chairs and reconfigure the original four into two rows of three. They even offered to add additional fill to the existing seat cushions to fluff them up and provided conditioner to help maintain the original leather luster.

When you buy from Leather Creations, you’re getting the highest quality custom-made leather furniture built to last. With proper care, these seats will easily last 20 years or more. Just as important, you can count on them to stand behind their products and be there if service is ever needed.
