I'm really impressed with both the cube and the customer service, and I don't say that very often! I ordered 2 cubes before Christmas, one for me and one as a gift. Mine stopped rotating after Christmas, but after a few email exchanges I was sent another, which works perfectly. The light and the patterns are beautiful, I thoroughly recommend these lights.

Excellent customer service— definitely feels and interacts with customers like a high-quality small business. My delivery was slightly delayed, but still got here in a very reasonable timeframe for the time I’ve ordered it (Christmas season). We haven’t used the product yet as it’s a Christmas present, but I was very pleased with the customer service.

These cubes are a great little gadget to have to light up and relax a room, I did order 2 of them and 1 was damaged in transport, the team at luminorth immediately packaged and sent out another cube free of charge and constantly updated me too. There was no fuss and the customer service was amazing. Not only is the product great, if there are any problems, they will be sorted instantly. I 100% recommend this if you're looking for a nice way to brighten up your room.

I'm very pleased with my cube, especially now the nights are dark earlier. Mostly I leave it in a "flames" setting in the dining room, which itself is painted chilli red. Very moody! But I should also add that the greens and blues are very soothing for a bedroom.

If I could improve things, I think I would like a way of also altering the speed of the wavelets. They were flowing a bit too hurriedly for me to be completely relaxing.

One thing I noticed is that although I'm VERY short-sighted, I don't need my specs to appreciate the patterns. The colours and movement are just as effective as when I put my specs on. This was a surprise to me because usually I need specs to see ANYTHING!!

Great tracking, easy transaction and delivery time good, item was well packaged and as described, I would definitely recommend. The customer service was quick to reply to a question I had so can't fault that either..

I'm happy with my Luminorth lamp and customer service. The first one worked great for a few months but unfortunately there was a fault in the wiring of the lead and it stopped working. When the company asked for a review, I explained the problem and they dealt with it straightaway by posting out a replacement. I use it in my therapy room and my clients find it very relaxing. Good solid product with a decent length lead compared to others. Highly recommend.

Usually when you buy stuff advertised on FB it is - at best - ok. However this little cube is really wonderful. For the price and the size it creates an amazing atmosphere in any room. Loads of different colours and colour combinations. It really is quite a bargain and I would highly recommend it. I think kids would especially will love this for their bedroom.

The product arrived in good condition and lit up the room as shown in the advertisements online which was a big plus for me, the different colours are great. I did however, have an issue with the delivery, due to Luminorth using a logistical delivery company based in China who did not give clear information on delivery updates. I was given tracking numbers, but not the name of the company/couriers delivering, making the tracking numbers ineffective. After complaining direct to Luminorth customer service, I was given all the required info and was able to reschedule my delivery. Luminorth themselves delivered A+ communication and kept following up until I received delivery, so it all worked out in the end, and i am happy with my lamps.

I don't often buy from Fb but i'm glad i did this time, i got what i ordered and i'm really happy with the products they sell, i would definitely recommend Luminorth without hesitation, also they are a pleasure to deal with and A+ on communication.

Fantastic customer service and fast delivery! I had an issue with the courier claiming to have delivered, but customer services came back straight away and I received the parcel the following day :-) The light is fantastic, too!

The cube is fantastic. My children love the different colour settings and brightness and have been in awe with it ever since it arrived. Customer service has been wonderful. Unfortunately, the cube I originally ordered got lost in transit, however Luminorth were super helpful, re sent another one and also kept an eye on it to ensure it arrived. They kept in touch regularly and everyone I have spoken to has been lovely! Thank you so much.

I would highly not recommend buying directly from Luminorth. Cube costed $40 but the lightbulb cover was made out of plastic, which can minimize the reflectance and shine compared to glass. Also only works best at night if your room is pitch black/have blackout windows. If you are planning to let light in, don't bother getting this cube. Only works best in really small and dark areas.
Lastly, the light covers only half of the room. My room is quite small so im quite disappointed by my purchase

I love mine and so does my daughter(I bought her one too) - no issues with delivery. My partner puts it on whenever we are in a quiet space.

I ordered some cubes a week or so before Christmas, and given a 6-9 working days delivery time, was concerned they may not arrive on time (especially through Royal Mail around Christmas).

These arrived on the 6 day delivery time, and while I've not tried these yet (still before Christmas), I'm very impressed with the efficiency of the company to get them here in time at a potentially very busy time of the year.
