Ladies I'm trying to save you money and the frustration of trying to figure out what you received. First it took 2 months for my wigs to arrive. I ordered 2 wigs neither one of them looked like the one I ordered online. One wig looked like a miniature poodle, really y'all. The second one was like someone just threw some tracks on a wig cap. They want you to believe you are getting a quality wig for the price. NOT! Don't waste your money or time on Lunawigs like I did... Return to sender...
Originally from China they tried to cover shipping lable with a second shipping lable from Alabama two shipping labels on the package. That's why it took 2 months to get...

This site is fraudulent, it's been over a month and I still haven't received my wigs yet. I sent them an email and they haven't responded. Never ever, again would I ever, ever, ever order from this company again. They should be put out of business, they don't even have a legit phone number.
That says a lot.
I had to put one star in order to write my review, but I would have put 0 Stars if I could have.

Three syllables -Fraud u lent! Fraudulent advertising, fraudulent mailing, fraudulent return policy. The wig I received was not, nor nothing like the one advertised. Actually the advertised wig was a picture of an entirely different type of wig . What I got was a cheap, smelly, frizzy old costume wig. I will not simply accept this and write off my $47.00 but will do everything in my power to correct this wrong. I am contacting a lawyer to investigate this company. Its about more than just the money!

Luna Wigs is straight b____!!! I ordered a curly/wavy bob wig,but received a straight orange SHINY costume wig. It took 3 months to arrive. I tried to email in regard to a refund and the response was; email box is full. Don't order from these CLOWNS. $27.00 thrown away😡😡😡

Horrible, horrible, horrible! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM LUNA WIGS. Ordered two wigs in April and to date, still have not received my order. Asked for a refund for merchandise not received, and they offered me 15% of a $50.00 order which amounted to 15.20. Customer services stinks, and as of know, you can only contact them by writing a letter to China. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, there are plenty of legitimate wigs companies here in the US.

Horrible what you order is not what you get! First you wait forever to receive it then you get a horrible and bad quality wig too! Luna wigs should be ashamed for taking advantage of people!

I don’t want to give one star. I ordered 6 wigs March 2020 still haven’t received them and can’t get in touch by phone or email. I want my money!!!!!

I ordered 2 wigs and never received them or my money back. When I emailed them for the 3rd time the response was the mailbox was full.

Waited 3 months for two wigs I ordered in April..when they finally arrived color and wig not like pictured. Too much trouble to return. I will donate them to women shelter. Beware of this company..should be shut down..just read the reviews. Wish I would have read before I ordered..A Lesson Learned! Hopes this helps someone.

Ordered my ..cking wig in May the tracking said parcel left 23 days ago from Shenzhen, Guangdong Province.. should of read all the dam bad reviews first God Don't Like Ugly 😠😠 my husband said take it as a lost and lesson learned. Covid-19 started in China we should of found out where Luna wigs was located . We got Bamboozled!!!!

Purchased three wigs. When I received them, I immediately threw them in the trash. They were horrible. Had I conducted research on this company, I would not have purchased anything because it is a FRAUD!!!! Do not waste your money

I ordered to wigs back in April 2020 today is June 22, 2020. No ligament phone number, so you can’t speak to anyone. I did get a bogus email and I asked “Where are my Wigs” they emailed back “ be patient”
I will also be reporting them to BBB

They are thieves and totally deceptive aka. CICI Wigs. My order number is CIC-13061 And I paid using paypal (also useless and do not protect their customers). I was sold synthetic hair as human hair. Rubbish wigs and incomplete and incorrect order. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. THEY ARE CHEATS AND UNSCRUPULOUS! NO REFUND NO CORRECTION DONE. NO RESPONSE FROM THIS CHINESE CUSTOMET. ZERO STARS!

Lunawigs is a fraud they don't deserve a 1 rating but seeing that 1 is the lowest that's what I give them. Minus 1 or zero is what they are. They're very dishonest don't send what's been ordered. They're not ashamed of cheating people out of money, alas lesson learned somebody read this clearly LUNAWIGS IS A VERY DISHONEST COMPANY I THINK ANOTHER NAME FOR THEM IS #######S. ENOUGH SAID THE WILL GET THEIRS.

I will also rate them a zero! I order three wigs on April 25, 2020 and the receipt was wrong, that was the first red flag. So I tried with no luck to contact them and get my order corrected. It didn't happen. The number that I found is not a good working number. So I tried to email them and I am still waiting for a response, today is June 20, 2020 and I haven't received the three wigs that I ordered either. I guess I am just out of $60. I am going to report them to the better business bureau as well.

If I could give them a zero I would they are the most horrible company ever they advertise all these nice wigs and styles I waited 2 1/2 mos for my order when it came it was nothing like the wig I ordered it was poorly cut the style was not a short pixie cut that is really sad that a company scam ppl like that my sister ordered 3 it was a disgrace what they sent her I promise I will contact the better bussiness bureau I advise ppl to not order they are nothing but scammers.im gonna post them on fb ,twitter and any social media that I can stay away. They are total scammers and I can’t understand why we are not able to shut them down after repeatedly they have stolen from the innocent customers.
Something needs to be done . Please if anyone out there knows what action needs to take place I’d be keen to hear . They need to be STOPPED!!!
First they said I want pictures, then this is not bought from us then come into my store ?? Like bloody hell I would be travelling in the COVID-19 travel ban to CHINA.i suppose it speaks for itself if they can kill the nation then what’s stopping them to steal from customers.
I want my refund !!!

If I could give them zero I would do it in a heartbeat!!!!. After waiting for almost three months they still did not send me the right wigs. I will NOT be shopping with them anymore!!
