I’ve been on the fence about getting a Manta mask because of the price but I finally got mine and hoped I’ve gotten it earlier. I hate any sort of lights when sleeping and this mask sure does its job, I have no issues sleeping on my side with my Pro Mask. Hands down the best sleep mask I’ve ever owned.
Also, the most wonderful customer service that helped me to sort a shipping issue. Great product and great company!

Try it. Just try it. Manta Mask Pro and White Noise Machine. First night fell asleep so fast, woke up rested, and able to go back to sleep fast, again, and again. Manta Pro mask and white noise Machine = banger combo. Have tried the Manta mask, weighted, cool, Pro, Bluetooth, and the Pro is my favorite thus far. Just tried the white noise machine. Loving it so far. Just be careful not to blast it too loud, or it will keep you awake. Put your Manta mask on, hold the remote, and find that "sweet spot" (the right "noise" and volume settings). Would recommend. Will buy again & again

I purchased a corporate order of the Manta Sleep Bundles for my team. I’ve had nothing but trouble dealing with this company. Firstly their website doesn’t let you order more than 5 bundles at a time. I had to place seperate orders which triggered a fraud warning on their end. After several rounds of partial refunds for them to determine if I was a real customer and more than 8 emails back and forth with their customer service team who gave an assurance the products would arrive in time - they have not arrived. I am now turning up to my team celebration as a CEO without end of year gifts for a very hard working team who are flying across the Country for this event. Dealing with this business has been an utter shit show and I would not recommend especially for large orders!!! I can’t review the masks - because they haven’t arrived.

I will happily change my review when they actually start replying. I ordered a sleep mask with the free holiday reset kit on November 19th. It is currently December 8th and I haven't received any product. After contacting them about this and sending multiple screenshots they have stopped replying and now I am wondering if I should do a chargeback or what because i am getting zero communication and what was meant to be a proactive Christmas gift is now looking like it won't even show up at all, let alone on time for Christmas. I was recommended Manta by a friend and I certainly won't be recommending them to anyone moving forwards.

It is a scam most likely, I have been waiting for my order for almost 2 months. They claim to send it twice but the delivery info on these tracking details look quite fishy and it never updates. I asked for a refund multiple times and they stopped replying. Don't waste your money on them.

I have been trying to return a mask that makes me hot for days. The company says I can and then they stop responding. I am very frustrated. I just wanted a store credit.

Manta Sleep products are more than just some products you buy, they were life saviours to me and my loved ones. I ordered a sleep mask with Bluetooth earphones from Manta Sleep after reading the product page and being reassured by the prominently advertised “60-day no-fuss returns” trial.
Within 24h of purchase I realised the product wasn’t for me and contacted support to return it. I was then told that because I bought during a Black Friday/Cyber Monday promotion, the item was “final sale” and not eligible for return... despite the 60-day trial being presented as a core part of the offer!!
Ths isn’t just frustrating and immoral, it's contrary to UK consumer law. In the UK, sale pricing doesn’t remove consumer rights, and a retailer can’t rely on “final sale” wording to override those rights. When I explained this and asked for the legal basis for refusing a refund, I was offered no meaningful resolution unless the product was defective, and after I pushed back, communication stopped altogether.
If a major promotion genuinely changes the trial/returns policy, that needs to be unmissable and transparent at the point of sale, not introduced only after a customer asks to return something or hidden in fine print, and not in a way that conflicts with consumer protections.
I was considering buying this product for months and wanted to love the product, and maybe it works great for others, but the support experience and shifting goalposts has made this a deeply frustrating purchase. At the time of writing I have still had no response from customer support...

I love my Manta mask! I have the Pro version and it's truly pitch black as advertised. It's also really comfortable, especially if you are a side sleeper like me.
I used to wake up very early because my room is bright and then it was really hard to fall asleep but since I bought this I haven't had a single interrupted sleep.

upon trying to use this terrible mask for several days, I tried to return the product and was simply told 'no' and they have ignored every attempt at mediation since. I will be filing a compliant with the state AG over this bait and switch in addition to letting every single person I know and come across on social media of this horrible sleep mask and company.

I do want to share one piece of honest feedback: the initial response via email I received felt curt and not very helpful, which is why I became so frustrated. If someone had asked how the mask was hurting me or offered to troubleshoot or try a different model, I would have been happy to provide feedback and work toward a solution. That kind of conversation from the start would have made the experience feel much more positive.
I appreciate the resolution and the steps you’ve taken. Thank you again for listening and for standing by your customers.
Previous review: I bought a Manta Sleep mask based on their huge “60-day risk-free guarantee” advertised ALL over the website. What they don’t tell you at checkout is that the guarantee does NOT apply if you bought the item on sale. The exclusion is buried at the bottom of a separate return-policy page and is never disclosed during the purchase process.
When I contacted Manta, they refused to honor their own guarantee and would not refund me. After I pointed out California law requiring refund limitations to be clearly shown before checkout, they stopped responding entirely.
On top of that, they have not posted my honest review on their website. They only publish positive reviews, which gives a completely false impression of customer experiences.
If you’re buying because of the “risk-free” promise, be careful — it doesn’t actually apply to most purchases, especially during sales. This policy is misleading, and customers deserve to know the truth.

I purchased two different sleep masks during the Black Friday sale and wanted to return one immediately after receiving it because it wasn’t comfortable (Order #MANTA(UK)66875). My return request was rejected based on an internal policy stating that “discounted sales are final.”
There were no clear warnings about this policy on the product page or during checkout. More importantly, this approach violates UK consumer law, which gives customers a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases to return an item for any reason.
If you’re considering buying from this company, be aware that they may refuse returns even when the law says you’re entitled to one. Know your rights and consider reporting such practices to Trading Standards or using Section 75 protection if you paid by credit card. When a foreign company sells to UK customers through a UK-facing website, UK law applies regardless of where the company is based.

I recently purchased the Manta SOUND Sleep Mask. Unfortunately, the mask was far too bulky and uncomfortable for my partner’s face, making it completely unsuitable for us.
When I reached out to customer support to arrange a return, I was told that because it was bought during a Black Friday sale, it was “final sale” and not eligible for return, even though the product wasn’t fit for purpose. I found this very disappointing, especially given the price of the item and the fact that many companies honour returns when an item simply doesn’t work for the customer.
Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, they repeated the policy and only offered a replacement if there were electronic faults, which isn’t helpful when the problem is the design and comfort.
Overall, I’m left with an expensive product I can’t use and a poor customer experience. I wouldn’t purchase from Manta Sleep again based on this experience.

I was surprised by the excellent quality and design of my Manta sleep mask. It stays put all night and DOES block out all the annoying light that seeps in from outside my home apartment. Sometimes, I wake up and forget I have the mask on & think it’s still “dark outside”. — nope, I slept through my alarm which gave up on me!🙂
