Quick Replacement
I had an issue with my 1 year old Mantra Sound Mask (wasn't linking to Bluetooth devices). Contacted Mantra via the chat bot and within a few days i had a dedicated contact who arranged for a replacement with no quibbles. Great Service

I bought the audio sleep mask for my wife
I bought the audio sleep mask for my wife, but unfortunately it did not suit her and I enquired about getting a refund. At this point a good company became a great one. The after-sales service was exemplary; quick, personal and efficient. It gave me a lot of confidence in the company, even if there product did not actually suit us.

I purchased the earplugs
I purchased the earplugs, but I was unable to get any of the sizes to work. Granted I have small ears, so many products like this are difficult to make work. I reached out to return them. I was told that they would refund my money (minus shipping I paid) and to just keep them. I was very surprised by this, but pleasantly impressed. Very good customer service and very quick to respond. I wish they would have worked for me!

I saw an ad for these masks and was instantly intrigued. I bought two of them for Christmas: one for my wife and another for me. I am so impressed with how well they work. My kids often come in our room at night and flick the lights on waking me up. These truly are blackout quality. I highly recommend these masks for anyone who has trouble sleeping because of light. Also, their customer service is top-notch.

Fantastic customer service
Despite this product not actually being suitable for me I really can't fault their customer service.
I bought the silk sleep mask and it arrived promptly. It's very well made and looks and feels beautiful. Unfortunately I found the join at the back and the size of the eye cups weren't comfortable for me personally so I contacted support to organise a return. They responded within 2 hours and resolved my issue immediately to my full satisfaction. I couldn't have asked for more. Great company!

Great experience with my return.
I've used Manta Sleep products for years, specifically the Pro Mask, only thing that fits bridge of my nose. Tried the earplugs because they had a 60 day "if you dont like it, return it" policy. Unfortunately, they didn't work for me, didn't block as much sound as I was hoping (compared to sleeping with my airpods in). I emailed them for a return and took about 12 hours for manta to respond, but it was an immediate refund to my order. Can't recommend them enough.
The Pro Mask is only thing I've found that works to not create pressure on my nose.

Big Fan with a caveat
Took a night to adjust to my comfort but loved it after that! I love with the Bluetooth feature as my ear doesn’t hurt from using my air buds anymore! INLOVE with the aroma dots as it helps eliminates the morning headaches and lasts for two nights with one dot!!
One caveat is the cool sleep mask is that the cooling sensation only last like 30 mins before I feel it needs to go back to then freezer. Really wish the cooling sensation last for hours, don’t know if there is a technology for that but would have been really cool…

The company has excellent customer service. I like the way the eye cups can be moved around to fit your face and they are well made. They were a little stiff for me, I returned them with fantastic customer service. If they had a softer eye pad, I would definitely purchase again.

User error corrected diligently
When I made my very first order with Manta Sleep, I input the wrong address (entirely user error), but the review page made my error clear as day and made the confirmation number obvious and easily copied. I wrote an email to their easily found support email right before I went to bed and was informed before I went to sleep that the correction had been input, but that they were keeping my issue open in case of a sync issue. They confirmed before I awoke that it'd been fixed, and I was able to see the same upon review.

The team at Manta are incredibly helpful. We have purchased several products over the years. On one occasion when the product wasn’t quite right, the customer service was excellent and I was easily able to swap it for something more suitable.

I’ve been using a Manta Sound mask for two years, and it’s been such a great tool to help me regulate my sleep schedule. I recently ordered a different item from Manta and mistakenly selected the wrong product. The customer service team was so very kind and helpful to me, they solved my problem and treated me so well. So not only does this company have amazing products, they also employ amazing people. I’ll keep being a loyal customer for sure!

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. When you pay over $200 for a sleep mask (I purchased the Sound sleep mask) you would expect significantly better customer service to support that price tag.
Unfortunately my 3 month old mask stopped working suddenly. Despite being within the warranty period, I cannot get a response from customer service to process my claim - it’s been ~ 3 frustrating weeks of restless sleep.
Truly a shame because I loved the product but lack of customer service means I refuse to recommend this product and will not purchase again.

I love the product, customer service is a zero
I’ve reached out to Manta’s customer service four times and have yet to receive a response. I even tried contacting them via Instagram to see if that would help, but still no luck. I really hate to write a negative review because I initially loved the product and would have recommended it. However, it should not be this difficult to get in touch with someone, especially when customer satisfaction is part of what you advertise. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I can’t recommend Manta anymore.

Manta weighted sleep mask
Got the weighted mask and what a colossal waste of money.
2 skinny straps that cut in to your head/ears. The mask constantly squashing your nose, constantly trying to fall down and off your face because of... gravity....
This mask is utter trash.
Went back to the $5 chemist sleep mask.....
