ABSOLUTE SCAM, no question! Don't give them a penny, and if you find yourself with a spare moment in the day, string them along on the phone so that they can't scam other folks!

Also notice how they only reply to the fake reviews, which are all worded in extremely similar mannerisms by the way, all from accounts with only '1 review' to Muxcap.

Scam company, called every week showed investment was doing well noticed had changed in a while so opted to cash out ,got a phone call claiming to be from UK government , and that company has gone for corrupt trading ask for official email, none came ,still no word of money DO NOT INVEST SCAM COMPANY

Having showed initial interest is trading, changed my mind and now they won't leave me alone.
Then realised most of the caller ID's were fake.
I would never trust a company who use fake caller ID's

If you are thinking of investing your money with Muxcap think again! I have been a customer of their's for over 5 months and over the last few weeks have had extreme difficulty in getting any response from my financial adviser, he doesn't respond to phone calls, emails or letters. This led me to lodge an official complaint with them and so far I have received 3 emails advising me they are experiencing high levels of complaint and they will get to my complaint in due course.
I have been trying to release funds from my investment since then and to date have not been able to do this, causing extreme anxiety and my having to borrow money from family members when I have plenty of money in my bond. They Use delay tactics etc. the company is in Breach of contract under section 49 Consumer Right Act 2015 & Breach of duty of care, As business professionals they have caused me harm. I have had to go Chasunahltd.co.uk to have my injury further investigated. Legal action is pending to recover money from this unscrupulous company.

I started my trading experience with Muxcap in February 2025; after a week of trading with them, I was told my trading advisor was sick, and ever since then, all activity on my trading account has been seized. Immediately, I noticed their fraud intent; I requested the withdrawal of my funds, and up to this present moment, my request is still pending; all efforts to reach them proved abortive as they don't respond to my emails, phone calls and chats. If you are considering trading with Muxcap, I suggest you think twice, as you may likely end up with them as mine. MUXCAP IS A SCAM!

Muxcap is a scam trading platform advertising on social media to trade crypto using an automated trading software. Once you create your account and add money to your account, they won't let you withdraw you money like. legitiment trading platform. They want you to send an additional 47% of your account to withdraw your money.They appear real and the trdeing platform is like any other trading platform but they are a scam. They block my number, they claim to be operating out of Sydney, Melbourne, Perth but they are not in Australia.
On investigating they appear to be in Switzerland.
When i requested to withdraw some of my money the communication was blocked immediately.
They are parasites to rip handwork peoples savings whom trust to invest with their company (scam company). The ASIC registration is fake.
They also try to get you to apply for finance to invest with them. Only to leave the investor with the debt .
Be aware of these scamming parasites, they will convince you to join them and once you send your moiney to your fake account, it is gone forever.

All the transactions on my dashboard were false and I know that for a fact. They showed me losses so I'd be more inclined to make a deposit, than to make a withdrawal and this apparently seems to be their tactic. When I realized this and decided to push to get my money out, I was blocked. SHOCKING!!!! Well, Eleven and Stone was the solution I turned to and as a company, they were impeccable in making sure what is mine has been recovered without anything missing. Muxcap have also been blacklisted. So please be careful. They're evil vultures

Sí, me estafaron $3500, que era el mínimo. Recibí unas 8 llamadas en media hora, pero después de depositar el dinero, no volví a saber nada de ellos. Llamé a los diferentes números y nadie respondió. Lo denunciaré al equipo de fraude en mi foto de perfil.

This so called company is a total scam .
They do nothing of what there adverts say all they want is for you to invest more and more money .
DO NOT TOUCH THEM!

This is an investment scam. Do not send money "invest", you will never see it again. Although you will have access to a very professional online trading platform with trades opening and closing with profits and loses. Go to withdraw your original "investment" or "profit" and you will be delayed and blocked. And suddenly the platform losses are increasing to diminish the return and "investment". Reported to police and my bank. My bank on reviewing details are unable to assist or return my money. The best I can do is get this information out there so others are not scammed. Before sending money I researched and could only find positive reviews. Nothing negative but I believe they just continuously change business names. If a trading platform is not regulated and does not name owners/directors do not send money. Hope this helps someone.

Fake advertisement on Facebook showing Martin Lewis recommendations for easy profits with no effort. After opening an account which did increase in value they suggested I invested more to make more money. This reminded me of what I went through with Livetrader a few years ago so I put in an account closure and withdrawal request in...no response so avoid this TOTAL SCAM.
