Privacymodus werkt alleen handmatig

2x camera C220 besteld en keurig geleverd gekregen. De camera's gekoppeld met Homebase 3 (S380). Ook de automatische privacymodus ingeschakeld (zoals door Eufy beschreven), zodat ze alleen hun werk doen als ik niet thuis ben. Maar daar gaat het mis; zodra ik thuis kom dan draait de camera vrolijk mee met elke beweging die ik maak. Hij neemt geen beelden op, het alarm gaat niet af, maar hij draait wel continue mee en zo voel ik mezelf gestalkt. Als ik de privacymodus dan geforceerd aanzet dan draaien de camera's netjes naar de muur, maar dan schakelen ze niet meer in als ik wegga. Kortom; als ik wil dat het werkt dan moet ikzelf telkens handmatig de camera's aanzetten als ik wegga en in de privacymodus zetten als ik thuiskom, of ik moet accepteren dat de camera's mij als dummy's volgen.

A new Eufy Fan is born

Aangezien de keuze voor Eufy wel overwogen was, vond ik het logischer om op hun eigen website te bestellen. De prijs in vergelijking met andere spelers was hetzelfde. Het voordeel om rechtstreeks bij de partner te bestellen is dat je veel meer voordelen geniet. Nu punten sparen en in het vervolg een nieuw toestel aanschaffen van Eufy. De verzending was niet zo snel als gehoopt maar de kwaliteit maakt alles goed.

Werkelijk waar een nachtmerrie voor…

Werkelijk waar een nachtmerrie voor retournering. Ik moet op eigen initiatief via een vage Whatsappchat een retour regelen. Je krijgt geen label, en of het aankomt is maar de vraag. DHL probeert vanuit Nederland de paketten aan te bieden maar nemen ze niet aan (Eufy in Duitsland). Vervolgens is het pakket kwijt en wordt je van het kastje naar de muur gestuurd, zonder geld terug te ontvangen (ruim 350 euro). Bedankt u zich voor je iets koopt en wellicht wilt retourneren!

Product is good. Still trying to solve the details of the system. How is the storage size, how many days etc.

Beste aankoop dit jaar!

Wat een goeie hulp ik het huishouden! Huis schoon, ondertussen boodschappen gedaan of was geplooid, zalig! Ik kan onze eufy al niet meer missen, lang getwijfeld maar oh zo tevreden met deze aankoop!

It just is the best vacuum and mopping device I've owned, it is fast, silent and cleans better then all my previous devices.

I've just bought the E25 & E28 vacuum/mopper. The roller is really a game changer, the older robot generations, used fixed pads or circular pads, both did not clean themselves while it was working, resulting in propagaation of bacteria/virusses when it cleans the toilet and then later another room.
The E25/E28 fixed this with a self cleaning roller, which immedialty disposes of filth as it moves.
It is also very silent, and thank to the vacuumer beeing in front of the mop, the mop is not confronted with hair entanglements or other debriess, because it is sucked up right before the mop passes.
It also is extreeeeemly silent compared to my Irobot.
The only negatives I can give is the height (the lidar does not retract, it cannot go under my tables or furniture like the roomba. I think it should be lower then 10 cm , otherwise it misses many spots.
My second negative point is the translation in the android software, the english, dutch and french translations are horrible, and that affects the user perception, and that is not difficult or time consuming to fix...
Third weird thing is the multimap function, the guidance on how to clean on another floor is poor. With a simple vacuum robot you don't need guidance beause you pick it up and put it wherever you want it to clean. But with a mopping device it needs to fill it's water tank first...If the user moves it and places it on another floor and then activates it (press manual start button on robot), the robot should first check if it has water to do the job, otherwise it should speak "cleanwater tank needs to fill, please place in basestation to prepare mopping". Then when it finishes filling up the tank ik should go off the base and say "Ready to be moved to floor x". Right now it looks disoriented when you move it (it takess while before it realizes what it should do), and the voice guidance is lacking guidance in both situations. I hope they read this feedback and update the firmware. But also fix the translation problems in the android app for english, dutch and french (because many of those words don't even have meaning - I wonder who gave those translations -> they are also inconsistent with some other parts of the app -> for example: you make a schedule or a manual cleaning scenario, then you can find this back in the home screen in "common"... why is it not called "Scenarios" or "Tasks") And zones that you create in the schedule module , cannot be found in the "Zones" tab in the home screen, you cannot even rename your zones te re-use them in other schedules.
