Hi Roger, thanks for your feedback and review. I believe the issue with delivery was due to an incomplete shipping address provided by you when the order was placed. Hence the delay inn delivery. This was eventually rectified and the carrier notified. For future orders, please ensure the full and correct address is entered so as to avoid any issues arising. Glad to see you eventually received your order albeit a few days late. Again, if there are any issues going forward, please do not hesitate to contact us as we'll be most happy to help.
