I returned to Pearl paradise again and purchased a blue akoya side-drilled Ombre strand (2.5-4mm) through their live event. As always, the strand is top quality and meticulously arranged. They finalized the strand into necklace and I just received it today. So beautiful and very excited to wear this fun piece.

I wanted a longer strand than the normal one, and when I emailed them, they set up a custom strand showing where they selected several colors from the color spectrum I was interested in. My daughter joined the Zoom, and it was so fun to see the colors and choose the necklace. We also had a chance to look at rings and bracelets, and my daughter mentioned some she liked, which will be in her stocking stuffer this year!

Though my experirnce was bad due to import regulations etc etc ,the issues were handled and solved by customer service very smoothly

I was looking for a nice Christmas gift for my wife and pearls came to mind. I found numerous positive recommendations on Reddit for Pearl Paridise with respect to quality and value, so gave them a look. I got a 7.5-8mm freshwater pearl set (necklace, bracelet, earrings) for my wife and she absolutely loved them! The set was ~1.5-2x the price of sets of earrings I had found looking around at local jewelers.

For a note about their service, I thought one of the earrings was just slightly smaller than the other and inquired with them about replacing it. They generated a prepaid mailing label within a day, I filled out a form and sent in the earrings, indicating which to keep vs. replace. Within a week I had the earrings back! They made it as painless as could be and it were a pleasure to work with.

This will surely be an heirloom style gift my wife, and perhaps our daughters one day, cherishes for many years.

I recently watched one of the live streams hosted by Hisano from Japan. Her enthusiasm for the product and the way she engaged with viewers during the stream impressed me and built my trust in Pearl Paradise. Her presentation made me want to purchase a gift, though I wasn't certain what my wife might like but I knew I was looking for something casual that could be worn without needing a special occasion.

While I didn’t place an order during the couple of live streams I viewed, they gave me some great ideas. I later reached out to customer service and began working with Jordyn, who was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and guiding me through my selection process.

Ultimately, I chose the 6.5-7.0 mm Double Strand AA+ White Akoya Pearl Bracelet. My wife loved it! She even reminded me that I had previously purchased pearl earrings from Pearl Paradise.

Beautiful strand of pearls on a bracelet, 7.5 inch and has really nice luster compared to the bigger size which I had to exchange, I recommend!

I received a beautiful strand of necklace just in time for Mother’s Day. Their pearls are beyond words can describe and the price is worth every cent. The customer service from Jordyn is exceptional. Pearl Paradise is awesome! I did a lot of research before buying my pearl bracelet from them…and I made the right call! The bracelet is beautiful and was reasonably priced. I accidentally bent the clasp when trying to force it off and when I told customer support, they fixed it for me for free! They even paid for shipping! This was my first purchase at Pearl Paradise after researching the web for best places to buy in the US, and let me tell you, I am NOT disappointed 1 bit!! My package arrived beautifully wrapped, and when I unboxed it I was so pleased to see my beautiful freshwater pearl necklace!! I’ve been wearing it every day since. Just bought a pure peach bracelet I asked for a deep peach and it was just gorgeous in the sunlight and Steve peach with very deep pink undertones you guys outdid yourself I have metallic pearls this is not metallic but for the close eye and look pretty much the same it's absolutely call gorgeous thanks so much

Purchased AAA Akoya pearls for my wife as a XMAS present. Ordered on Monday and received them by Thursday in UK. Communication with Jordyn has been absolutely wonderful. The pearls/diamonds are certified and there is a huge difference with what we had bought in Far East. The detail in the packaging is wonderful, A+++++ thank you

A thrift store with a boutique way about it. This is no ordinary thrift store I tell you!!! It is bright, organized, the staff and owners treat you like your old friends. The rows and rows of tons of merchandise are well spaced out and very organized. I have been going there since it first opened and the energy of the store just lit me right up. I have brought a couple of friends there to shop and they loved it. I bought my kitchen set there that I LOVE So much and many other things. I go in to shop and to visit and chat if they are free. I just love walking around in there, the vibe is so great!!! It is a real one of a kind thrift store!!! The owners are just wonderful people and want to help the community so much as well run a business. It is a must see place! I give it 5 stars. After having some difficulties selecting a new set of pearls Jordan went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy and took pictures of strands she hand picked herself to match exactly what I wanted Jordan you are a GEM kindness and understanding any company should be proud to have. Be very careful about customs duties!! I bought an Akoya AAA 18inch necklace to give my fiancée on our upcoming wedding day. I am from the UK and chose Pearl Paradise after reading such positive American reviews and due to a lack of Pearl specialism in the UK. The website is great and easy to use and the prices very reasonable. I was excited when I pressed ‘pay now’ that I had managed to add such a special touch to my wedding.

On top of the price of the necklace I was charged $40 shipping which I presumed would get the item to me. I was then subject to a charge of £13.49 from my bank due to purchasing in dollars and £97 custom duty from FEDEX for the import of the parcel. This included a £12.99 handling charge from FEDEX!! What I thought was great value for a special item is becoming more and more expensive. In fact, overall the item cost £110 or $155 more than the price label. This is an additional 26% on top of the value of the necklace.

This is, however, nothing to do with Pearl Paradise themselves who dispatched the item quickly. It just may be more transparent to have a more accessible commentary about the extent of customs duties at point of purchase for those outside the US. Or maybe I was just inexperienced and naive to duties and tax… never the less… other purchasers will be too!

When it arrived, however, it was beautifully packaged and the pearls were amazing. I am delighted, albeit a little poorer than expected.
