Ordered in plenty of time .should have arrived between Thursday to Saturday. Still nothing by Monday. Waste of time .Will not order again from these .nowhere to contact them either except email .rubbish

I have used for years, when the deliver goes well it it good. This is the first time I have not received the item, granted due to Royal Mail. The SLA for delivery is over a week late and they refuse to refund until they have investigated which they only started today apparently. As a customer they have misrepresented their delivery times with “catch all caveats” and won’t make the customer whole unless they are forced to. If the item is delivered now, it’s too late as it was time sensitive. I have still not received a refund even though it is nearly 2 weeks later than advertised prior to executing the order. Horrible experience unfortunately

these people should be locked up.they sent slimming tablets to my anorexic daughter which made her even more ill than she already is.they are totally irresponsible sending tablets out willy nilly to anyone without checking who the hell they are sending them to.as long as the money is rolling in from these poor vulnerable young women they dont care.i intend to write to my mp to get these people prosecuted for aiding and abetting the destruction of young womens lives

Ordered 16.40 and medication was here the next day.

Just placed an order with Pharmica which is the exact same order I placed in April 2019 and May 2017 so I was surprised when I saw the price had dropped by 2p, what I soon realised was the reason Pharmica had dropped it to £49.98 is so they can charge and extra £2.80 in P+p
How about Pharmica charge me the extra 2p and give me free P+p and show their customers they really do want to keep their loyal customers.

As soon as I placed the order, I got response that I need to send them a scanned recent bank statement so “they progress with the order”. This is so wrong! Stay away!
