Ordered a blood test and report including a phone consultation. The Blood testing kit arrived quickly and was painless to do. Test results came later and are clear to understand. The report gave more clarity on an issue l have at this time. A very helpful tool as l am still waiting to see my GP ( 6 week wait 🤨 from booking) Matt went through everything with me in the comprehensive report and was very helpful. l feel much better to have more insight into my health. I came across this business on instagram and wished I’d joined sooner. I’ve been recovering from some personal health issues for a few years now and the repercussions have been weight gain, digestive issues and low energy to name a few. After having a thorough chat with Matt regarding everything and all the things I had tried in the past that had not helped. He went through the teams process and spoke absolute sense regarding my issues and past advice that had been unsuccessful. I’m only a couple of weeks into the fat loss stage however, I can say just from the reset stage the differences I have seen and felt have been worth it so far for me. From the blood test, to the explanation of my results and plan going forward were set out brilliantly. Matt’s team are amazing, Maria the hormone coach is so knowledgeable in her field and has dealt with all questions and queries I’ve had. Same again for Lucie who is my dietitian who’s guiding me through and ups and downs I’ve had nutritional wise. The app is a great communicator if you need it. The community page is fab to relate to others. I’m definitely hoping and looking forward to the coming results in this fat loss stage. I personally couldn’t of done this without them. More than happy to come back and write another review for the second stage.

Such a good experience with my hormonal blood test — quick, easy and honestly not scary at all. Matt was lovely, really knowledgeable and explained everything so well, which made me feel really at ease. I got the results back quickly and got told how to fix my issues in such a great way! I did the blood testfor Men with Re+Balance which included a full written review report and telephone follow up to discuss and provide advice on any action required. This was very easy to do the kit arrives/ take the blood sample and send it away. (The finger pricks were not that easy for me to generate a good blood flow being the only negative). The report is very clear and concise and the follow up review with Matt was excellent in providing me with a way forward. Follow up blood test will be in about 6 weeks. I would fully recommend

I have loved being a part of the Re+Balance community and wish I joined sooner. It’s an investment to become the healthiest/ best version of yourself. Olivia and Maria who were my coaches on the programme are so knowledgeable and always happy to help and offer advice along the way. I joined the programme to balance my hormones as my original blood test results showed signs of inflammation and imbalances, I have found a huge difference in my energy levels, cycles and inflammation in my body and I’ve learn habits that I can not stick to and carry on when leaving the programme. Couldn’t recommend Matt and his team enough.

I joined Re+Balance after experiencing what I thought were menopausal symptoms, including anxiety, palpitations through the night resulting in poor sleep, fatigue, and generally feeling overwhelmed and low, despite trying to eat healthily and exercise. After just two weeks, I’ve already noticed a real difference. Tracking my meals has helped me ensure I’m eating balanced, nutritious food with enough protein, carbohydrates, and fibre, and it’s made me realise that previously I was training a lot but not getting enough protein. The tracking system is brilliant, especially for monitoring protein and water intake. The coaches recommendations have really helped me manage stress, improve my sleep, and reduce anxiety. They have been incredibly supportive, highly knowledgeable, and always willing to help, which has made the whole process feel reassuring and motivating. I signed up with Matt and the team after coming across them on Instagram. I had had numerous stomach issues for years. I had the bloods and GI mapping. After getting all the results it was a little overwhelming but they couldn’t have been more helpful. A few months in following the meal and supplement plan the bloating and digestive issues have massively improved.

I'd followed the instagram page for some time before committing to sign up. I am no stranger to tracking food and working hard at the gym, so when i really started struggling to lose weight I knew that something was off. The blood test revealed stuff that when I had my blood tested by my GP was never picked up and I just think the approach of resetting my hormones before jumping straight into a diet helped me learn a lot about myself and put me in the right frame of mind ready for weight loss phase.
