Our chain was small but not a simple one. Reeds Rains themselves were excellent regarding their customer service throughout. However Adele, our property move manager, was incredible and constantly held the chain together at all times. She was friendly, approachable and very well informed. We cant thank her enough for her work and guidance throughout the process.

As a Mortgage Advisor, I regularly work alongside the team at Reeds Rains, and they consistently provide an excellent service for both myself and my clients. Amelia and Karen, in particular, always go above and beyond, offering fantastic communication, professionalism, and support throughout the process. It's always a pleasure working with them, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the team.

Instructed Reeds Raines Clevedon in April of this year. Craig came to value our property and whilst his valuation was lower than other valuations I felt his was the most realistic. Within a week we had four viewings one of which resulted in an acceptable offer. Tina who did the viewings was polite and enthusiastic. Adele, the Home Move manager was always available and helpful and able to speak with all parties. We have now exchanged with a completion in August.

We had an initial visit from Neil price we felt relaxed and he explained every step in detail. We would thoroughly recommend this estate agents.

They charge a massive upcost on the ID checks to the buyer and refuse to accept ID certificates from your solicitor. Incredibly disappointing when it's already a very expensive process for the buyer and they are already making a lot of money on a sale.

The service was professional, friendly, and efficient from start to finish. Communication was excellent throughout the process, with regular updates and prompt responses to any questions. Their market knowledge, honest advice, and proactive approach made buying our property as smooth and stress-free as possible. I would happily recommend them to others."

We initially chose Reeds Rains Ballyhackamore because of the very positive reviews and we were not disappointed. From the moment we walked into the office we were met with a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. This was followed by sound profession advice every step of the way. Communication was also excellent from the staff themselves and their client app. Martin and Pat in particular were a great support and help but other staff Fiona and Emily also did viewings and were in communication with us. Many thanks to all the staff at Ballyhackamore we would definitely recommend them and their services.

I have been extremely disappointed with the service provided by Reeds Rains as the managing agents for my rental property.

Throughout the tenancy, I repeatedly had to chase them to organise renewals and basic administrative matters that should have been proactively managed. On multiple occasions, I had to bring to their attention that the tenant had not paid the full rent, despite paying for a full management service and expecting these issues to be identified and addressed by the agent.

The final straw was being told that the keys to my property could not be located, only to then have it suggested that I had arranged to collect them myself, which was simply untrue.

To add further frustration, Reeds Rains have responded to this review asking me to contact the branch directly. However, I emailed the branch yesterday regarding these concerns and, at the time of writing, have received no response. Unfortunately, this only reinforces my experience that concerns are not addressed appropriately and communication is severely lacking.

As a landlord, you appoint a managing agent to provide professionalism, communication and peace of mind. Unfortunately, my experience with Reeds Rains has been the complete opposite. I cannot recommend their property management service based on my experience.

I recently popped into the Reeds Rains Bridlington branch to enquire about several properties that had just come onto the market, and I was once again impressed by the exceptional service I received from Letara.

From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble, and she answered all of my questions with patience and genuine enthusiasm.

Amazing work by Martin and team at Ballyhackamore on the sale of my daughter's apartment in Belfast. Constant chasing of solicitors and paperwork, without this the whole transaction would have taken til Christmas! Cant thank you enough! Will be in touch when my house is sold to search for my forever home. Great work. Would recommend.

Booked a viewing for a property. Explained could only make the time we’d arranged due to work commitments. Latest viewing was 5.15!! Really? What kind of estate agents don’t do evening viewings? Phoned me at 1.30 on the day to effectively cancel by telling me they could only do the viewing at 5. Told them I couldn’t make that as partner working til 5, plus I’m self employed and I’d taken half day off work at considerable financial loss. Emailed later that day to complain. Told me they could have done 5.10 if I still wanted to go!!! I’d already arranged a different viewing elsewhere by that point. What a carry on. Very unprofessional

I had a very good experience with this company when buying a house. Alan very helpfully showed me around and Jane managed the sale. The process was easy and pleasant and they were swiftly responsive to all my queries. The service was excellent and I am very happy with it.

Don't use this estate agent I rented by them and the area is a drug infested no man's land they lied about proper parking and on a weekend when holiday makers are here you can't get a space anywhere also was told if I had deliveries they could accept as I've had parcels going missing they lied about this too as I've recently ordered some items from Amazon and now they are refusing to accept delivery so not only have I lost what I've ordered from Amazon but all I got was uninterested attitude so my advice go with another estate agent if you want to buy a property or rent one😡😡
