Do not buy from this company as they…

Do not buy from this company as they are a rip off.
Sold me a plaque with just my door number for £35 when I could have got my young child to make me something that resembled this for less than a fiver.
When I emailed them to say they had missed my street name on the plaque they said it was my fault as there was no street name, despite me 100% typing it in. They have refused to send me the correct order. Total disgrace, save your money and don’t buy from this company!

Misleading advert video for the translator pen.

Ordered a translator pen from this shop.
It was advertised on social media.The pen I got and the one the shop is advertising on social media are similar but not the same . I ordered it because on video it had one specific language and the pen they send it to me didn't have.
I wrote an email about my disappointment and how could I return the product.
The answer was they investigate this but no guideline how to return the product and it's been nearly 2 months since I ordered this pen.

This company are a joke on ordering a…

This company are a joke on ordering a solar street sign i realised immediately that i had mistakenly ordered the wrong colour so i emailed them within 5 minutes of paying for to request the change & i got a reply 24 hours later saying due to operational procedures it could not be done.
As a consumer surely i am within my rights to either make a change or cancel the order & get a refund!!!!
I emailed them back & have not received a reply absolutely appalling customer service!!!!!

Not a great experience

I bought the titanium cutting boards. They were to be taken on a trip as a present but shipping took 2 months which is way too long and arrived after we got back… eventually.

Emailed for an update never got a response.

Lack of product information not really sure what they are made out and edges were rough and not finished nicely.

Scammers


This company or should I say, scammers, deserves zero stars. I ordered a translation pen, but it didn't work. I reached out to them via email, and they requested a video showing the issue, which I provided. They admitted the pen was faulty and promised a replacement. However, after waiting three months with no updates, I asked for a refund. They refused. Since then, they have completely stopped responding to my emails. Avoid this company at all costs.

Moon picture not accurate. Really gutted with the moon picture I…

Update - I have now just had a response and they are sending out a new moon with the correct moon phase for the date.

Really gutted with the moon picture I purchase for my husband. The moon is not accurate for his date of birth they have just put on a full moon and this was not the moon the day he was born. I have sent two emails and contacted them through messenger and this is now a week with no response. I sent pictures of the correct moon phase alongside the picture of the moon they sent me and had zero response. Very disappointing as my husband loves the moon and I had hoped it would have been a really special gift for him.

Total scam, long delivery time. Definitelly a NOGO

Ordered a house number marketed as a fancy one, with back led lightning, aluminium frame...
In reality I have received (after more than 1 month of waiting) - a crap cheap piece of plastic with a led sticked with double adhesive tape on the back. A total scam. D

I don’t recommend

Took very long for the order to arrive 2-ish months, I ordered street and house number illuminated with LED. It arrived and is very small, no one would be able to read it from a distance, led illumination doesn't work, or, solar is not charging. LED’s are not encased so if it rains outside on the sign, it wouldn’t last two rain storms. Either way, wouldn't recommend. Not gonna put it up on my house, straight to
trash.

Numerous
Times I have yet to receive my order.
I have asked now for a refund but have received nothing. This site is a con.
Please don’t purchase from them. This was meant to be a Halloween gift for my son in his new house….

Moon product

Ordered the Moon product on 6th Dec 2024 for a Christmas present. It arrived a month later, too late for Christmas, despite reassurances after I chased it up. The item arrived with a broken frame which is not surprising as it is made of compressed card and the glass isn't glass, it is perspex and not particularly clear.
The printed moon and text were OK. This product is poor quality and not good value for money. I suspect the reviews on their site are not genuine or honest.

I finally got one of the two gifts

Smart Pen

Please save your money and time-the smart pen scanning dictionary pen does not work! It fails to connect to even a strong wifi signal. I purchase for the only reason, Lithuanian language, but it does not work on speech translation-Lithuanian language is not on the list. I cannot return it, because they have a policy stating only unused and in the original packaging items can be returned. So please, stay away from this company.

Horrible service

Horrible service! I ordered my product way in advanced to receive by Christmas. They took longer than expected got delivered the day before Christmas. It was no use to me then and wanted to return it and they said I couldn’t. This place is a joke. I would stay spend my money else where in the future!

Absolutely Terrible - UPDATE

I finally had a response from Regal Maison.
The cardboard was a covering for the real item. It was extremely difficult to remove, but once it was off, we had what we had ordered.

Absolutely Terrible!
I placed my order 59736 for a personalised solar modern door plaque on 6th December.
The item arrived on 27th December. Well, the item should have been 'metalic black', what I received was brown and made from cardboard!
I have emailed regal maison THREE TIMES since I received the item; I have not had one response.

Lead time, three weeks - 3 stars
Item - 4 stars,
Customer care - 4 stars, lead times are very long.

My moon prints have just arrived. Disappointed they weren't here in time for Christmas. What's more disappointing is one has arrived without the glass. Both moon prints are exactly the same for two birthdays days and years apart! Scam! Why do they not say the same image is used on all orders? I feel totally ripped off. I will never use this company again and would strongly advise against using this scamming company! Fraudsters!!!

Faulty product. Very disappointed.

Spent a fortune on moon pictures for…

Spent a fortune on moon pictures for when my kids were born. The prints came outside of the frame, with scratches and bent edges. The frame itself is a joke without any glass. It has some thin, bendable, and dirty film.

In response to my review about SCAM ALERT, "Team Regal Maison" wrote that the goods could be stuck in customs....BU££$HIT AGAIN!! They have written to me that the courier was trying to deliver but couldn't verify the address....Tell me in which country does a courier gets to deliver a product which is still "Stuck in customs" I think they are running out of excuses as so many people are exposing their lies and deception.
I would again ask...is there a way of shutting this website down in the interest of saving others the same pain!!
