Never received my order.
Fobbed me off saying they were chasing the delivery company, now no replies after asking for a refund.
3 months after initially ordering. Scam.

I wish I looked at the review before I made the order. It's the worst cheap product I have ever seen. It's not worth more than a pound. I throw this chip shit in the bin.

PAID FOR A SOLAR ADDRESS PLAQUE. IT'S BEEN OVER A MONTH WITH NO UPDATES OR PRODUCT. I REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY AND THEY CLAIM THERE WAS NO ORDER MADE ? MY MISTAKE SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED. SCAMMED AGAIN

Really poor product and aftercare. Ordered product for Mother’s Day which arrive really late and was a very poor representation of the actual advertised product. This was a bespoke item and when it arrived it looked nothing like the advertised items. I was refused a refund despite sending in photo proof and offering to return the product. Really poor product, service and aftercare to resolve a fairly straightforward issue. I would not recommend.

Ich habe 3-D bild bestellt sehr schlechte Qualität und das Bild was gekommen ist sieht überhaupt nicht aus wie das Bild was ich denen zur Verfügung gestellt habe. Sehr sehr schlecht würde kein das empfehlen Fingerweg lieber paar Euro mehr bezahlen und in Deutschland das machen lassen.

So I finally received my picture of the moon phase and I paid for it to be gift wrapped and it was not and upon opening the box it came in the frame was broken so I will have to get it reframed and pay even more money. I was going to order from this company again but I will not ever order from them again! And I'm really upset that it took over a month for me to get this and then I receive it and the damn frame is broken! And their customer support takes forever to get back to you so zero stars.

Received a defective house sign. Apparently I should have let them know within 3 days.

Do not purchase anything from the company, it is a scam.
I paid for and purchased a door plaque over 2 months ago and have never received the goods.
I have sent many emails and have been fobbed off with excuse after excuse. I am now in the process of reporting Regal Maison to the Trading Standards, the Police, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Media, PayPal, my Bank, and the Press, etc.
They should not have a licence to trade or take money by card.

This is the WORST company I’ve ever done business with. Wanted a wedding picture with the kids turned into the cartoon like was advertised and got a nightmare. Contacted the company and they won’t make it right! Whatever you do, Don’t Do Business with Regal Maison you will just be throwing your money away! Mad as H***!

Awful company. Ordered for a special birthday for my sister. Item took 3 weeks to arrive, it was not gift wrapped although I paid extra for this and when it was opened the frame literally fell apart as it was picked up. Told them I wanted a refund immediately, they ignored that and said they are sending a replacement even though I have told them I don't want one, it's too late now and besides that the Item is below expected standard and extremely shoddily made, not worth £34! I wish I had read the reviews first!! Don't touch this company. I will be contacting my cc company today.

I totally should have done my research before trying this place for a cartoon memory as what I received was a sketch at best. Terrible./ STAY AWAY.

Be careful!! This company are big SCAMMERS! Item never arrived even correct address was provided! They are saying can’t give refund or ship again the item. Kindly do not buy from them as you will be loosing your money … I can understand why they gave only negative reviews… I regret this bad experience

This compagny is a pure scam. I paid for an item 2 months ago and I provided all the information they asked for initially (phone number and adress) and after two months of making me wait, here is their answer « Thank you for your patience. Following a thorough review of the situation with our team, we have identified that the initial delivery of your order unfortunately failed because a contact number was missing at the time of shipment. As this information was provided after the initial dispatch, the parcel had already been returned to us.

Please understand that, according to our policy, the company is not responsible for returns or refunds in cases where the delivery failure is attributed to incomplete information provided at the time of the order. We sincerely regret that we are unable to offer a refund or arrange a reshipment under these circumstances ».

that is simply their fault if you were not able to deliver it after two months delay. This is a full scam that they get paid for an item, that they have all the information to honor the order they were paid for and that they end up not delivering it and keeping the money. This is plain theft and I will make sure everyone knows this website is a scam

I cannot express enough how I wish I could rate -100 absolute garbage I’d have rather burnt the cash I used to purchase the Cartoon Memory my daughter could’ve done a better job than what I received so for anyone out there thinking about purchasing this in a word DON’T. Terrible experience! My first bad review about a company! There were literally no updates about the order, until I reached out. By then the order had returned back as the courier couldn’t reach out to me - and in the tracking, there was just one attempt on one day to reach out to the customer! And why there were no email communications? And why since until the customer reaches out? It all seems like a scam. There is neither a refund nor a reshipment. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone!

Ordered a cartoon picture in a frame, the picture was fine but it was delivered broken, took 10 days to get a reply which said they had passed it to a senior manage to respond, it was broken so what was the issue, I even sent photos, will be interesting to see what the final outcome is.Customer service a joke, would not buy from them again

Ordered a sign for my house and for some reason they said i had spelt the name of my road incorrectly on my order ? Yet correctly on the delivery address so it turned up spelt incorrectly I contacted them and their response was pretty poor they gave me of screenshot they say of my order form with the incorrect spelling of my road they would not even consider a replacement I was a new customer never shopped with them before and had been very tempted to order even more products from regal maison but now after the complete disregard for my issue as they say it was my error which I'm not so sure of as I know how to spell my address as it was on the package when it arrived spelt correctly this is a poor company with absolutely terrible customer service and satisfaction i will not be purchasing anything else from this company. Poor poor poor in fact Totally SH#T especially when the company states it's complete customer 100% satisfaction well I'm not satisfied and they don't care

this company is a scam artist - placed 2 orders for Christmas to 2 different addresses one in PA, the other in CA. They were placed in sequence but charged as to orders to my card. It took them a week to send a ship tracking number. Four months later I find out they put both orders under the same tracking number. The cheaper of the 2 orders arrived in mid Jan to CA and the second more expensive has never arrived. I asked for a refund and was ghosted by Maison. Gave them a month to refund and then gave it to my credit card company who said they sent delivery confirmation which they didn't actually the Yun Express says its still in progress. I have sent credit card company a packet of emails and screen shots. Hope they look at this company again as a bad actor. Note to self - don't follow a link to shop even from a trusted person.
