I live in the U.S. and shop on line at your store, so while I was on holiday, shopping in person was on my to do list. My experience was fantastic. Shopping during the week was key, I had all the attention from the store manager! I had several items I wanted and was very helpful in picking the right sizes and what would look best. His suggestion was for me to come back for a full body measurements that will be on my profile which I did and River the gentlemen that measured me was GREAT!!! I now have full confidence that when I order on line my rubber gear will fit me perfect. Thank you again for all your help and professionalism. It made the experience a pleasure!

Fantastic store, with really high quality products. Staff were incredibly helpful and offered great advice, as well as input on sizing and hemming the trousers I bought. Allowed us to try on various boots and items to help us decide.
