Extremely dishonest company. They make up rules as they go along and the customer service is the worst I have ever experienced in 40 years of riding a motorcycle.

Very unhappy to find my insurance rate …
Very unhappy to find my insurance rate was raised within one year! Just to say that the rate went from a 1 to a 2 area doesn't really settle with me. I'm probably going to begin getting quotes from other insurance companies due to this explanation.

If the overall risk profile changes in an area, it can cause the rate to go up if it is a negative change. It can however, cause the rate to go down if it is positive change.
