Disappointed in quality-

I bought an Equinox T-shirt in navy. Loved the colour, design and fit. Shop staff in Bude are lovely.

Loved it so much I bought another.

The first has now been washed twice, on both occasions on 30 degree washes. The colour loss is n very noticeable, it’s no longer the strong dark navy, it is a much duller dark blue. This change is very obvious sonde by side with yesterday’s new purchase.

I accept that things fade over time, but a significant change over two gentle washes is not what I would reasonably expect.

Pretty disappointing - and I can’t find a customer service number to call. I will look again and see if I can find one

Otherwise it’s an email I guess.

Such a shame I have also bought another T-shirt design there recently and will be interesting to see how it washes

Maybe I was just unlucky, but based on this I wouldn’t buy again.

Shop n buying was very easy.

Bought 2 pairs of shorts for me and my son worn once(lovely feel) but after washing they have bubbled badly, very disappointed.

Staff always very helpful and chatty. Shop always has lots of offers and stock in all sizes . We go every year on holiday buy lots of t shirts. The products are great quality 👌.
