I attended Shmile on 12/08/2025 at 12:30 for a tooth extraction after being let down by other dentists. I sent a WhatsApp message in the morning and got a prompt reply — well done for using WhatsApp! It makes you contactable and up to date with the modern world, unlike some other places.

I got an appointment the same day and saw Dr. Ismail Dumenci. Honestly, I didn’t have much hope after my previous experiences. I thought he was going to look at it and say “Come back” or “We can’t do it.” But I will put my hand on my heart and say Dr. Ismail Dumenci is the best dentist I have ever seen.

I was a little anxious about having a tooth out, but he made the whole thing so much easier. He clearly knows his stuff — it’s obvious he’s head and shoulders above most other dentists I’ve visited. To be honest, he puts them to shame. He’s a credit to the profession and deserves massive respect for helping members of the public.

I was so glad to have seen him. I will not be going anywhere else now. Everything he did showed confidence, skill, and experience. If you’ve been let down by others, go and see him — you can feel confident he will deal with the problem. He’s not someone who will fob you off.

Every other dentist said my tooth was a “difficult extraction” and wouldn’t touch it. Dr. Ismail Dumenci brushed it off like he was making a cup of tea — it wasn’t difficult for him. If you need dental work, he’s your man. Nobody else will come close.

I also want to thank the receptionist, Nicola. I can tell how enthusiastic you are about working at Shmile — and it really shows. First impressions count when you walk into a dentist, and you’re a credit to the team.

An absolute fantastic experience from start to finish . I called yesterday afternoon explaining I had broken part of my front tooth the receptionist sent me a what’s app link for my photo to be shown to dentist . I had an appointment made for 9am the next day with an amazing realistic price (I had been quoted twice as much at my dentist ) . All the staff are welcoming and put you at ease , Dr Ismail worked his magic and within 10 minutes he had restored my smile and confidence. I can’t thank the whole team enough .

Myself and my family have been going to Shmile for nearly 2 years. All the staff are extremely friendly and the dentists really know how to look after you and what is best for your dental hygiene

After a lot of a research and looking around for the best dentist I chose to go to Shmile Bromley to get my composite bonding. The team are so kind and personal, from the consultation to the end result I couldn’t be happier with my new smile. Dr Ismail was so lovely and very thorough with his work.

I don’t leave reviews often but it was an amazing experience as soon as I walked through the door! Booked for a hygienist appointment, when I came in I was greeted by a very helpful + friendly male receptionist and the appointment itself with the dentist was a great experience! I will definitely be back and highly recommend others to book with them☺️

they all made me feel comfortable, especially as I have a fear of dentists, and the dentist when he found out I was scared made me feel a bit more relaxed, explained everything took pictures to show what I needed to know.

I took my mother to this practice in an emergency. Dr Ismail swiftly diagnosed the problem and treated a complex root canal. Everything about our experience has been exceptional - Dr Ismail’s expertise and after-care, the friendly and professional receptionist, the email and text communications, the user-friendliness of the online registration process, and the helpful staff. I had a very positive experience with SHMILE for my composite bonding. I can’t believe it only took one visit to get such great results. Dr. Ismail did an excellent job on my teeth, and the communication was smooth throughout the whole process—from the initial consultation to the final touches.

SHMILE also sends me reminders every six months for regular teeth cleaning, which makes everything feel convenient and easy. I only visited the clinic yesterday for a quote, and today I’ve already had 16 teeth done. It’s incredibly efficient—I’m genuinely impressed.

I also got a night guard following Dr. Ismail’s recommendation, and now I feel more confident about my dental health. Overall, it’s been a really good experience.

What a lovely and welcoming dentist practice. I was here as a emergency and needed a tooth removed I am a nervous patient but I was made to feel comfortable and at ease the tooth was taken out there and then I will be defiantly returning here thank you

This clinic is fantastic! They are very professional and friendly, i had a wonderful experience with the receptionist, with the dentist Ismail and with his assistant, i was super scared and anxious about a tooth extraction, it took Ismail only 10 minutes to do the job but during those 10 minutes they made sure i was distracted with music, they kept talking to me and re-assuring me, they even texted me the next day to make sure i was ok. I highly recommend them and will definitely come back

Had composite bonding on my top teeth and I must say the service was impeccable I was recommended by a friend and from the moment I arrived I was put at ease the procedure was explained and in all it only took a few hours for me to get a perfect smile .Dr Ishmail was excellent would definitely recommend even my usual dentist said excellent job

I recently had an implant done, and the whole experience was great. Merdol was always on hand to answer any questions i had, whilst Nuria, who carried out the procedure, was brilliant. Super professional and made me feel completely at ease. Everything was done perfectly.

I now go to Shmile for all my dental needs, and I always look forward to my visits (which is something I never thought I’d say about the dentist!). Their airflow polishing is also a game-changer!

I have been going to Shmile Dentist for over a year now. I have my teeth cleaned every three months and I have always been extremely happy with the results. The staff are amazing and make you feel at ease the second you step in the door. Very important especially for people who are nervous at visiting the dentist.
