My little story
I'm a trader with few y in trading. I've seen almost eveyrhing on FX incl. falling ceilling when Swiss Bank decided not to support anymore the exchange rate of CHF. It was a small intellectuall challenge to start thinking like VSA chart-reader, cause as You may know this is the core WHY so many traders fails - psychology. SmartVSA responses to it in 100% !! If You see something that is valid it's always valid signal. And suddenly, after yeaaars of guessing (another name is speculation) You start understanding WHY the price behaves like that and You have in front of Your eyes. I asked them zillion questions via email and I ALWAYS got the answer. I would like to upload here my screen with results as a proof. Gregory

I have used this software for 6 years …
I have used this software for 6 years and it works great. I doubt the guy that left a negative review is a real customer. The support has always been great for me. The software is easy to use. I'm not sure why anyone would even request a refund let alone not be given one. Take these reviews with a grain of salt.

Is it really useless?
The first reviewer gave 1 star and was declined a refund. I am promised a refund within 60 days if not satisfied with the product - however, I have not purchased it yet. I gave an average rating because I am not sure of the treatment I will receive as a client and if indeed I will receive my refund if not genuinely happy with the software.

They promised the money back guarantee and they don't refunded me, only false promises for months.
