Victor at Cribbs Causeway in Bristol was very informative and professional. Felt like we were dealing with a high end sofa company. Order process very smooth.

Amazing experience and customer service!
We went into the sofology in Bristol to have a look for a new sofa.
Ask questions and got measurements and went home to think about and check it would fit. There so no pressure for making a sale and the team where amazing.
Went back the following day to purchase it and the whole process was done in under 20 minutes!
We got served by a short red head girl (forgot her name) and the service was fantastic!

The sales lady was knowledgeable, pleasant and not pushy. The sale was completed efficiently and without fuss. I keenly wait for delivery, I'm sure I will enjoy the use this item of furniture in spite of the rather long wait ahead

Great choices and service

A very knowledgeable and helpful assistant (Tai from Patchway Bristol). She demonstrated the sofa bed and showed us a choice of mattresses. When we needed dimensions she gave us full and comprehensive answers to our questions.

We visit the Cribbs Causeway store 3 times before making our final decision on our sofa. Each time, the staff were super friendly and helpful - they were very knowledgable and it seemed like nothing was too much trouble. Everyone really embraced our toddler and baby who we took with us - something that can make shopping and decision making very difficult!

The welcome on arrival, the guidance given throughout and the thorough care and delivery instructions on purchase. I also like the fact that you do get a two-day cooling off period if you do happen to change your mind.

We bought two stunning sofas and the drive from South Wales to Bristol was well worth the trip.
Altogether a smooth and easy transaction.
Sarah in the head office was also brilliant when I got stuck on a page mid purchase, she sorted it all efficiently and quickly.

Tai was amazing…. We initially called in close to closing time, Tai and her colleagues could not have been more helpful. We decided to come back the following day where we could spend more time. We looked at several sofas, finally landing on a corner one, swivel chair and storage footrest. Tai patiently went through all the options and colours. While there we found the perfect two seater for our media room which we loved and ordered at the same time. We loved the quality of the products and especially the high quality service Tai gave us, you should be really proud..
