The service was second to none but I do think instead of having to purchase a cleaning kit for my new furniture supplying one as a gift would be more welcoming especially as customers are spending thousands of pounds this is the only reason I gave it 4 stars

Everything was explained well and the store offers an excellent selection.

Me and my friend came in looking for a sofa, we didn’t have any particular style in mind we just knew the measurements. Dawn was very attentive to us throughout the entire shop, and made sure to show us all the different styles that could fit. She took her time to show us all the different options available and we ended up going with a really lovely one! Very happy with my experience 😁

Popped into sofology in Cheltenham and fell in love with a sofa.Customer assistant was great he answered all our questions and more ,no pressure , we needed to check measurements back home ,and the assistant set up all the details on an app for us ,so if we wanted to proceed everything was ready for us .

We were very impressed how the staff gave you the freedom to look around and try without being pounced on! ( Next door DFS did exactly that) our salesman was very polite and super friendly 😀

The staff were friendly and very helpful, they had good knowledge of the products, they were attentive but not too pushy allowing us time and space to decide on colour and fabric all in all a nice experience thank you.!

I have paid in full for my sofa, yet after two phone calls and an email have still not received confirmation of my payment of over £2500.00.
Sofology don’t think a receipt for this is needed.
I hope the sofa is better than the customer service.

The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, without being overly attentive or intrusive. On our second visit, we decided to make a purchase. The helpfulness of the staff with the apparent quality and value of the products all helped inform our decision.

This review is based on our experience in store as we have not yet received our furniture.
We liked the fact we were not pounced on as soon as we walked in and we were able to browse. When we had a question, help was on hand straight away. Lola helped us choose our sofa and foot stool and ran through everything, however, we must of missed the bit about a delivery charge of £129, which we feel is a bit steep. Despite this, we were pleased with how Lola assisted us and she had great ideas and gave us good guidance.

Friendly, affable and knowledgeable salesperson who was able to answer all of our questions. He didn't pressurise us and explained the different options and extras when buying a sofa.
