Dawn and Liam were absolutely amazing in helping me make my decision!

Dawn was great at taking the time to explain all the different fillings that are in the sofas. She also gave me excellent professional advice as well as personal advice on which colour looked best!
Didn’t feel pressured into ordering anything, very relaxed environment!

Great store with lots of settees on display. Brilliant to be able to try them out for comfort. Toby was very helpful showing us our different options and explaining everything

Liam was knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me choose furniture that fitted the space available in my lounge and the most comfortable cushion option. He also made me a nice cup of tea and gave good aftercare advice for the seating purchased

The order process was straight-forward and opted to pay a deposit with balance-on-delivery. Staff were helpful, informative without being too pushy.

Liam was extremely helpful and was informative and listened to our needs

Pleasant Staff did not pressure us but were there to answer any questions and supply sound advice and information during the ordering process.

Just ordered a sofa from the Cheltenham store with Liam and the process was quick and easy - even the finance agreement. Much credit to Lola who helped us choose the actual sofa over 2 separate visits. Not pushy at all, she knew the products, was patient as we dithered, and had a pleasant and easy nature. In fact we had a laugh!

The service was outstanding, and Dawn was really patient and attentive while helping us choose our furniture, design, and fabric! The services were absolutely excellent, and I would definitely recommend them.
