Brilliant experience from Kevin H at the Paisley store. Was super helpful and provided information on each sofa as we needed it but didnt hover while we tried different ones. He was knowlegable and explained the different options but at no point did we feel under pressure to buy which can be a difficult balance in that kind of sales store. A credit to the company. Thanks again.

Fantastic service, Mia and Cyril were both extremely knowledgeable and couldn’t have been more helpful. We were given as much time as we needed to ask questions, check sizes, deliberate options without feeling under pressure, in fact the whole approach was to make sure we got the right thing for us. Found this a very refreshing approach compared to other shops we had been in where the sale seemed to be the priority.

We visited twice and got great service both times. No pressure to buy, just genuine offers of help and advice.
When we returned ready to make a purchase, Andy took his time talking us through all options, again no pressure, no rush, no up-selling. A really wonderful experience, thank you Andy!
