Genuine sales person - not to pushy and showed real interest in helping us find the best sofa for our family
Marrisa was knowledgeable and didn't push us in to a decision. informed us the new range was coming and as we weren't sure when to come back and look again.
When we did come back a couple of weeks later she did remember us and what we had been looking for, again wasn't forceful or pushy and allowed us time and space to make a decision.
unfortunately that is where the good service ended. we have been messed around with the date of arrival and clearly the 6 week turnaround time is a sales gimmick, it appears that there was no intention to deliver the sofa in 6 weeks. having spoken to the the chat function, staff in store , head office and been given different delivery dates by each of them not to mention my account having another date.
i booked my delivery however it was a week later than discussed on phone when the confirmation came through.
Marissa was lovely when putting through my order. The ex-display console table is gorgeous!
The customer advisors that we interacted with were both courteous, helpful and well informed. The layout of the store was easy to navigate and we found just what we were looking for.
Our experience (so far) has only been with retail front of house (Christine and Julie)and was first class. Everything involved was explained clearly and all questions answered satisfactorily. All round pleasant experience without any pressure at all.
A lovely experience, no hard sales or pushy sales staff, just lovely friendly staff. We thoroughly enjoyed chatting to them and being able to just sit on the sofas without feeling rushed or hassled. Julie, Holly and Ann were fabulous and an asset to the company.
Christine was extremely helpful and patient whilst I decided on my sofa, and nothing was too much trouble for her.
We were greeted by the lovely Christine, who made us a cup of tea as soon as we entered, no preasure to buy ( which i prefer ) . She caught up with us once we had a look about. All in all it was great service from start to finish . Came away happy with our purchase and service.
Lovely sales lady (sorry didn’t get her name) was so nice to my husband and myself. She went out of her way to help us get a chair that was best for my disabled husband. Didn’t rush us into a descision and made sure we were happy before purchasing the chair

Staff were friendly, polite and respectful by giving us space and time too look around not hassle us every five minutes.

Warm reception when we got in to the store and were greeted by Christine. Gave us all of the information we needed and was very friendly. We decided to go for an ex display and she made the process very easy and explain it all. We will be back for our other rooms. Top customer service.
We went couch shopping at Sofology today and as a family were very impressed with the superior standard of their products as well as the knowledge, helpfulness and attention of their staff (Julie). We bought a couch that day and were guided through the whole process in a very professional way. Can't fault.
We purchased our sofa from Sofology in January 2024, and by January 2026 it will only be two years old. In that short time, we’ve had three separate faults—and the most recent one was extremely serious and nearly caused a fire in our home today.
We are absolutely gutted. We invested in what we hoped would be a high-quality, long-lasting sofa, but instead, it has brought nothing but stress and safety concerns. The fact that the controls nearly caused a fire is terrifying. Even if the issue is repaired, how am I supposed to feel safe using this sofa again? What if the other seats have the same fault?
When I called customer service, I was met with a scripted response saying they can only repair the fault before “next steps” can be discussed. That is simply not good enough. This is no longer just a quality issue—it’s a safety hazard.
I no longer feel comfortable having this product in my home. I urge others to think twice before purchasing from Sofology.
