Very good experience with Sofology Norwich. Was really helpful to try out the sofa that I was interested in - for an extended period - to make sure it was comfortable and supportive enough for me. Especially so I could try out the power functions to see how much of a difference they made.

When we decided to go ahead and order Mark was very helpful. He went over the options - without any pressure at all - and answered all of our questions. Very easy and pleasant buying experience!

The only issue I had was with access. I’m disabled and use a wheelchair (but can walk a bit). Quite a few of the sofas - including the one I was looking at - were on raised platforms. If I couldn’t walk at all I wouldn’t have been able to try the sofa I wanted. This is disappointing especially as other retailers in the same retail park (including other sofa shops) didn’t have these - or at least not as many. I don’t really see the need for these (as cables were still visibly running across the floor - so not designed to hide them) and are just impediments to people with mobility problems. It implies that there hasn’t been enough thought/care about the needs of disabled people.

Great company, we found out of all the large sofa companies these were the best.

Knowledgable and lovely attitude

Came in twice over two days before making my purchase, both members of staff i spoke to were knowledgeable and efficient. On the first day I came in looking like such a scrub, but noone spoke to me any differently like in other stores.
Staff were very helpful and allowed my toddler daughter to press buttons and climb, without prompting also told me how to make everything safe for her (and how to lock the recliners)

Marcus was very helpful and patient whilst we made our decisions even supplying pen and paper so we could sketch out the plan.

Declan was both professional and friendly !
