Helpful shop assistant without being intrusive

Very helpful staff knowledgeable and friendly. We were able to visit on a couple of occasions before we made our final decision.

The store had plenty of choices and staff were very welcoming and helpful without pressurising us for a sale. Jay served us and she was wonderful, we are really happy with what we have bought. The only criticism is the time it takes for delivery

Friendly, knowledgeable and clear with details

We bought our sofa from sofology in Preston and the two staff members who helped us were super helpful and knowledgeable (Jay and Mo). We wanted to see the different foot stool options but both weren't in store but showed us an alternative that was close to the one we ended up buying. The two staff members weren't pushy or tried to over sell anything. Overall a great experience

Good and big store, variety of options to choose in sofas, neatly and well placed for demo. The high-resilience foam cushions are firm yet comfortable, the solid hardwood frame feels incredibly sturdy. Customer service was also good, staff named Jay was fantastic in the showroom, good product knowledge, helped us to choose the right size, style, and fabric.

The advisor was very knowledgeable about all products. She sent us an email link to look at the sofa at home. She showed us all the ones we think best suited our space and requirements.

Nice and easy and a great price

Greated nicely on arrival by a member of staff and then Gary the store manager helped us with everything we needed and give us an answer to every question we had if he hadn’t already covered what we needed to no already
All went really smoothly and didn’t feel pressured in anyway which is a big thing for us

Its an expensive purchase, a new suite, but Doreen and Gary made it a great experience. Doreen was so knowledgeable and wasn't pushy like other sales staff in other stores. She helped when we needed it and gave great advice, but gave us time to come to our own decision.
When we had an issue and had to go back to make some changes to our order, Gary went above and beyond with his colleague and moved furniture around in the store so we could experience the exact configuration we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble from the in store staff. I would recommend them to anyone. Fantastic experience and really great service.
