Ali greeted us in a warm, relaxed way and never pushed a sales pitch. He was informative, guided us in the right direction, and then gave us space to explore. Later, Leon was on hand to answer our questions about another sofa and provided thoughtful insight and guidance. Neither were forceful—just genuinely polite, warm, and clearly focused on what was best for us.
