Me and husband went to the showroom in Stockport along with our dog. The showroom is set out really well and it’s spotless. We were welcomed by very friendly staff who also made our dog very welcome . We explained what we were looking for and the wonderful Maria , Paris and the manager Gemma answered every question we asked . They were showing how you set up your music to the very trendy sofas and reclining them all for us and making us very comfortable and we didn’t want to leave . They explained all the different options of the sofas, the payment options available all whilst we were reclined on the sofas listening to music and we were even made a hot drink and the wonderful Maria then came and gave us a pain au chocolate. Our visit to this showroom was a wonderful experience and the staff were truly amazing and we cannot wait to receive our new sofas . Well done all the lovely staff at sofology Stockport .

The salesperson took the time to answer all our questions and helped us choose the right option without any pressure. Ordering was smooth and everything was explained clearly. They left me to just look around. I found a couch i wanted information on, extremely informative and did not push and allowed to continue looking. Went to a nearby shop where I'd seen a couch but was not impressed as tried to push the sale. Went back and bought exactly what I needed from sofology, staff were really helpful and actually made it a fun experience. Laughing and actually had personality. A great team.

People shouldn't bother patronising this brand. You will be met with disappointment after disappointment. Never keep to any agreement,3 weeks promised for delivery never met,you get tossed from Operations team to showroom to delivery team. Their usual catch phrase is "someone will get in touch in the next 72hrs",all lies because you will get tired and have to ring them again and then you are promised another 72hrs wait time for another call without solution, yet nobody will contact you. It is also not as if their designs are unique as other brands sell same designs. Will never recommend#
Biggest regret was stepping into their showroom in Stockport!!!

Great experience shopping in the stockport store, designed my sofa arrangement for me, and the staff was a delight to work with.

There was a relaxed atmosphere, and I didn’t feel pushed into buying my sofa. I got to revisit the store as many times as I liked, while I was making my decision.

Helpful, friendly staff. Great customer service. The only disappointment was the wait time for the chair!

Awful, awful, awful service, promised the earth and still waiting, bought a sofa and armchair in December 2025, was promised delivery would be 05/03/26, got the old sofa removed and a new carpet fitted on the 4th March, now been 12 days without anywhere to sit, contacted customer service, who don’t help they just want to blame the store, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We ordered our new sofa today and Paris looked after us, she made it really easy and explained everything to us. Really happy with the whole service.
