Really good service from the staff ! Really helpful and got our sofa ordered without any issues

James and Gemma in the York store were fantastic James listened to what I was looking for and made suggestions I picked the perfect sofa in less than an hour.

Gemma went through all the paperwork and explained things clearly to me making sure I understood.

From our initial visit when starting our search for a rise and recliner chair, the staff could not have been more helpful with their knowledge of products, courtesy and patience to a person with a disability. Big thank you to all York staff and to Tim Jones talking us through the ordering process at point of sale.

I had a great experience at Sofology York, I was greeted by Gemma who explained all the colour and fabric options and then left me to it. I spoke to Jamie too who was really helpful telling me about the durability of the different fabrics. I felt really welcomed and not pressured at all. Highly recommend.

When we entered the York store we was greeted by a gentleman called Tim
who smiled and said we're free to roam and if we need any help just ask and would we like a cup of tea or coffee we declined the drinks as we had just had lunch it was nice not to be hounded while shopping for a new sofa and it only took my wife half an hour to decide the one she wanted Tim was very professional 😊 a great salesman
