I bought a replacement collection bag for my MACALLISTER leaf blower. The original had a proper fitting that clipped into place. This replacement has a bit of elastic which requires a bit of string wrapped round the machine to attempt to hold it in place. It doesn’t!

I ordered a hinge for my freezer not realising that the top and bottom hinge were different with one digit difference. I realised my error and within under 2 minutes I requested a cancellation so I could reorder. They rejected my request which would have made no difference to them as I just wanted to change the order. They have now made me have the item which is no good to me whatsoever. They are a disgraceful money grabbing outfit who don’t give 2 shits about the customer only the money. Stay well clear of these boys. Cowboys r us

Having spent quite some time finding out which supplier is which ie 'spares2go' , 'SPARES-2-GO' or 'spares2go.co.uk'. Just ordered a pair of Shredder blades.
07/04/26 - Order placed
08/04/26- Order acknowledged and is on its way.
09/04/26- Order received very well packed.
I should add that as others have said elsewhere, these arrived as 'blanks' - they need sharpening, no problem for me, I just switched on my bench grinder and I now have 2 spare blades at a fraction of the cost of other blades on offer. Just a great pity about the confusing 'spares2go' situation that was compounded by receiving an email requesting a review to be left on Trustpilot for 'spares2go' which is NOT their domain, this IS their domain.
