Purchased cookerhood filters off their amazon advert for RHVSRCH602B as the advert stated categorically their filters would fit . When they arrived it was obvious they where not compatible. Organised a return but this company spares2go.com ( not to be confused with spares2go.co.uk ) charged me £2.79 return postage . The law states that if a product is unfit for purpose ( consumer rights act 2015 ) the company is liable to pay return postage which they haven't done ,so have acted illegally .I have informed amazon .WARNING if you purchase of this cowboy outfit be prepared to be charged return postage if they send out the wrong item . AVOID.

I made a mistake in placing online order for some cookerhood filters for the wrong model. I contacted the company and they agreed without any hassle to refund the money on receipt of the items being returned. Within 3 days the money was refunded to my credit card account. I call that very good service.

I ordered an inner tube. The item I received had a puncture. A replacement item was sent immediately with good communication from the seller.

The new attachments for our Henry vacuum are 1st rate and were very reasonably priced

Found item on website ordered and delivered on time easy peasy

Ordered items for 1 day delivery (delivery date stated was 2 days due to bank holiday) which I.was happy with so placed order knowing I would receive my items on time to fix my cooker.
Day after the stated delivery date, still no sign of my items so unable to complete my.planned work.
According to tracking, the delivery company haven't actually received the item as yet.
I'm fed up with companies like this falsely adding delivery dates that they have no intention of meeting just to make a few more £££'s.
Won't use again as plenty of other options out that are hopefully more reliable.

My product didn’t arrive on time. When I place my orders it shows two days for delivery and it arrived on the fourth day.
The product information and codes are matching however the product doesn’t match the description, and not sure if I can return it to get a refund or to buy another product.

Really good price for part and quick delivery

Very annoyed that they’d sent me a cistern accessory kit when I’d ordered a combination bath waste clicker plug ! However, it was easy to email them - an apology was received within 2 hours and a promise to supply the correct item asap. Correct item received four days later. Mistakes can be made - it’s how they are dealt with that’s important. I’d use this company again.
