Excellent Customer Care ( and they DO Care !)
Bought the Ncore 100 Air S case on sale via the web store. Sadly upon arrival the included PSU was not included. Contacted Cooler Master right away, excellent service! Query was forwarded to correct sales rep. That sales rep immediately contacted me after the weekend and presented the solution. If it was not for the weekend that actually means they solved it without 24hours, which is crazy! Just received the PSU and I am really happy with the customer service and assistance from Cooler Master. Top Notch you guys!
