I put down a refundable deposit for a bike I had seen at the Crawley branch on the 18th of April. I was receiving regular emails regarding updates about the bike via the online portal. With regards to evidence I walked away with a debit card receipt and of course the bank transaction showing. On the 21st of April I called them to inform them that I will not be purchasing the bike anymore and wanted my deposit back. Initially they did try to offer free delivery on the bike to continue with the purchase but I declined. They took my bank details and my own details and then closed the enquiry of the bike which I received an email update for. Via text they acknowledged that I had cancelled this and asked me to confirm my name on the account which I did. They confirmed receipt of this and stated that this would take 5-7 working days to be processed.
After this time period passed I had no communication with them regarding delays of any sort. I then began to call them to see why it hadn’t been resolved. They kept saying that they’ll pass the message on. I would try and make a complaint to management however they stated that they were unavailable. Again nothing on their part to apologise or that there was delays, I was the one chasing them. The last phone call I had an employee stated that it was with the accounts department and they’ll look to resolve it soon.
I got fed up and decided to go there in person. After driving almost 2 hours to them because I was having no luck over the phone, I spoke to an employee explaining the situation. He spoke to different managers across the region and then went through the process of asking my bank details again, when I asked him this was taken on the 21st April he stated that these details should’ve been taken down by someone. He also then went on to ask reasons why I didn’t continue the purchase, this overall suggested that my query wasn’t logged properly when I cancelled it initially on the 21st of April. Anyway I went through the motion yet again of providing these.
Due to the lack of engagement on their side I asked for any sort of confirmation to take away, The employee could only offer a teams message as a confirmation that this would be resolved by the end of the week. Again no communication in any means from superbikefactory this week to say they’ve acknowledged the delay or apologised for it. I had to eventually escalate this to my bank as I knew and know that I will have no such luck with them.
A massive, massive disappointment coming from a big franchise as them. A really poor performance on their part. I can only be glad that I did not go through with the purchase as based on their behaviour I cannot imagine the aftercare and other services whilst I purchased the bike. I would advise anyone to be extremely weary that their processes may involve lack of/ poor communication, unorganised processes and procedures and delays at your expense.
I bought a bike off of them they were quick enough to take the money but after that they showed little interest. They serviced the bike before they delivered it, I received no service documents and no V5 in the post. I've spoken to them on many occasion with no satisfaction even after sending them an email I got no reply and in the end I had to apply for my own V5. very disappointed in the service I received I won't be using them again.

*CRAWLEY BRANCH*
This is the second time I have part x'd my Motorcycle at SBF.
First my Bobber for a H2sx and more recently my H2sx for CBR1000rr.
Both times I have had a good experience. The first was all done over the phone/web with collection/delivery, which I was skeptical about at first, but no issues to report and great Comms throughout the process.
Second time around I pooped into the Crawley branch as I was passing the area. I was greeted by the very knowledgeable and friendly Kirsty. She looked at my Bike, got the part X value sorted and looked at what she had in the showroom for my budget and expectations. Being a positive equity deal as I needed to free up some cash, and considering the fact I loved my H2sx and didn't really want to part ways with it I left the branch feeling happy with the deal and my new bike. Yes I could of got for the machine, but I value my time more than anything....I had no stress, no time spent on Facebook or Auto trader dealing with callers and potential time wasters, and no time wasted getting the cash I needed to free up. Kirsty was not only knowledgeable about motorcycles and riding but also very personalble. We chatted about life in general and I can honestly say she is an asset to the SBF company. My Fireblade was ready to collect a few days later, clean and running smooth. I've rode every day for the past 2 weeks with no issues and have replaced the stock exhaust and done some tinkering behind the plastics, bike was well maintained as described. I will be heading back there to look at some SuperDukes when my money is up again. Thanks Kirsty and the Crawley SB Factory. Dan

Just collected my new bike from SuperBike Factory in Crawley and the whole experience has been great.
I initially purchased the bike from Finlay who was really friendly, professional and enthusiastic, always quick to send across any info or answer questions
I collected my bike from Jack, the whole process was extremely quick and easy, he explained everything clearly and himself and another staff member took a genuine interest and were chatting to me about the bike, on the way out he offered plenty of advice and reassurance which was great as someone buying their first big bike.
The staff over at the gear shop are excellent as well, incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, I managed to get a discount on some gear after purchasing the bike.
Overall a great experience and would definitely return in the future

Vincent, the sale rep. Very knowledgeable, and friendly person. The range of bikes on offer was very good. From buying to pick up was great. The discount in the shop meant I could pick up a new lid, jacket and gloves without breaking my wallet (too much!). Only down side was the pick up. Done very quickly (not Vincent). Didn’t explain about my warranty and when I would receive a record of what it would cover and how I go about using it I ever need to. So I still don’t know! And trying to get through to your switchboard is bad, better chance raising the dead!

Hi i brought a bike from the Crawley branch it broke down after 2 weeks they took the bike back had it for 3 weeks and told me the ignition barrel was faulty i got the bike back and it died 15 mins after me riding it not a good place to get bikes from as they are now ignoring me i have sent emails and phone calls my last email was currently 8 days ago and still nothing back from them i feel they dont care and im stuck with a bike that don't work thanks superbike factory south

Easy transaction and pleasant way to buy a bike. Saw bike on the Monday and picked up on the Sunday. Very pleased with my 68 plate Ducati Scrambler.

Initial Review (please see update):
They barely had time to talk to me when I enquired, they weren't able to give me a definitive trade-in price for my current motorbike on the day and needed to talk to some other company during the following week. They were also not able to even start the bike I was interested in. I spent ages hanging around waiting for someone to deal with me on the first day and it was just as bad the second day I went. What should've been an exciting and positive experience for me turned out to be a complete waste of time. Really disappointed.
Update:
They got in touch with me to apologise and explain the difficulties their industry is facing finding good sales staff, etc. they also said they were looking into making it possible to give trade-in valuations more immediately. They were sorry that my experience was negative. I'm reluctantly upgrading to 3 stars. it should really be a 2.5 because the bottom line is that they simply didn't provide the service that they should have at the time I originally went in. I'll leave it at 3 for now and will see if my next experience with them is any better in a few years time. I will update this review then.
Update to update:
I've decided to amend it to 2 stars, in hindsight, the bottom line is that they failed to provide a proper level of service and ended up having to apologise saying they'll do better next time. They should've got it right the first time! 3 stars is too many, they failed at their primary mission, which is to sell bikes! I had the money in the bank waiting and was very eager to buy a bike! By the way, I'm very happy with the bike I did eventually buy from another dealer, who was on the ball every step of the way.
