I won two experiences at a works event/charity auction. The service I’ve received from Superstars and particularly from Kathryn, has been exemplary!
Our first was a Jo Malone experience that my wife and I shared, together with a lovely lunch at Chicchetti in Piccadilly London. Both were excellent and highly recommended.
We have another experience which is a private dinner for 8 at a fancy West London restaurant. Due to date clashes, I’ve had to rebook this and Kathryn from Superstars has been fantastic at accommodating us! Highly recommended!
Fantastic service, so helpful. Sophie has been incredible, gone above and beyond. Highly recommend.
Natalie recently helped me get hospitality tickets to the Liverpool vs Aston Villa game at Anfield. She went above and beyond what we wanted and we had the best time! Great family memories made. Superstars are very easy to work with and nothing is too much trouble. Thank you
Beware to those that are bidding on auctions with them. We bidded on a 2 night stay in the Cotswolds (there was no signal or wifi at Silverstone to validate the experience but given that we were in premium hospitality we envisioned that we could be getting an experience with added value) and paid £1250 for the stay however when we later looked at the value of the experience the same room is available for a maximum cost of £500 (plus they are providing dinner voucher of £75). We appreciate that there is a profit margin to be made and charity contribution but the charity contribution is only £205 so they have taken £470 profit on this. As a “best resolution” their head of events have given a £100 refund which is poor with no other explanations or interest.
Very ripped off for a stay we could have booked on booking.com for way under half of the cost of what we paid.

Update: Since my original review, communication with Mark has been excellent. He has gone above and beyond to collect souvenirs and arrange for them to be shipped to us in Canada. Although we remain disappointed that all of the tickets could not be resold and used, I truly appreciate the compassion and communication Mark has shown. The memorabilia he is sending will mean a lot to my brother’s family, and I’m grateful for his efforts to provide some comfort during a difficult time.

After suddenly passed away after purchasing a package for the F1 Grand Prix through Superstars. He had 4 passes for the entire weekend. They had a month and a half to try and resell the tickets for a completely sold out event with RedBull Pit passes and many other perks.
They claimed they could only sell 2 tickets for just Sunday. Still have not received the money for it. I find it hard to believe the other tickets were not sold. They also would not respond to my request to at least have the souvenirs/tickets sent to my house for my brother's family.
Very disappointed in the lack of sympathy and communication from Natalie and Mark.

We have done some great things with Superstars but this tops it .. the chefs table at Dorchester was a experience to behold .. the service was impeccable the food fantastic .. and with Mario the head chef passionately explaining dish by dish just made the whole experience unforgettable..
Once again a big thank you to Natalie at Superstars for making this all come together so smoothly and giving us an experience we will never forget
After paying for tickets for Kevin Keegan in York, I can't find my tickets or an email , I have emailed customer services twice asking for help...no answer, now just messaged on messenger...wait and see?!
Update...after eventually getting through on phone line, my tickets were re sent via email...was told they may have been in my spam folder, but I delete these every 30 days 😐 Also received 2 more emails in response to my 2 emails sent...after a few days, customer service could be a bit more on the ball.
But after all that..we thorougly enjoyed the evening with Kevin Keegan 👍
Superstars was an integral part of our inaugural fundraising golf event for our foundation. We are an international client, and they still managed to be very responsive and attentive across time zones, even on the day of our event. Their website was easy to use for both our team and our guests, and their vast selection of great prize packages helped us exceed our fundraising goals. We leaned on their experience to help us strategize how to launch, setup, and build excitement through auction close. Highly recommend trusting them to be a part of your events.
Super friendly and knowledgeable. The day was run smoothly, and as a novice driver, I felt well-looked after!

A great event. Very well organised at a fantastic venue. The choice of vehicles was exceptional and the team very knowledgeable, which made the day all the more interesting. The chosen route was ideal - beautiful and, at times, challenging. Would thoroughly recommend.

I won a "Luxury Family Stargazing Adventure for 4 " at a charity auction. The reserve price for this experience was £1500.
The details at the time of auction were very few but did include that I would be able to choose the date.
After payment, I was given a fixed date and told there were no other options. The details of the accommodation and venue were supplied several weeks later.
They luxury adventure consisted of basic glamping accommodation available for £200 for the weekend. Superstars gave £250 of my bid to charity. The rest I am assuming was theirs to keep. I was of course not aware of any of these factors when I was obligated to pay for the experience expecting that all if not a majority of my bid was going to a charity. I had not heard of Superstars before and was not aware that they were a profit making agency.
There was no luxury and due to weather not much star gazing. Weather of course no one can control however given it appears I had paid an events company (that I didn't realise I was paying) I would have expected some contingency plan perhaps and alternative entertainment if the weather was bad (which isn't that unexpected in North Wales).
We received a welcome "gift" of tea, instant coffee and cheap white wine. The cups were chipped and stained so we didn't make use of them. There was nothing in the camping pod to make it special or welcoming. There were no activities on site to do during the day. Just some open unkept ground. I am trying to understand from Superstars how they arrived at the high reserve price and where I missed that most of the money went to them rather than the charity.
So far I have been told that this was the first time they had run this event and that given the feedback they won't be running it again. My question is if you are effectively reselling holidays are you licensed and qualified to do so? Is there not some basic duty to check the quality of what you are offering especially when you are applying such a high mark up. Apparently the cost of running the auction is also taken out of my bid. Again I would have expected the organisers of the event would have paid towards this. Perhaps I can check this with Legal500.
Getting answers to these questions however won't give me back the days I wasted or the other ocassions I had to cancel to be able to attend at the dates Superstars dictated.

We have just returned from an amazing Family holiday in Florida. Emma (Handley) and the team were fantastic from start to finish. The Villa was incredible and beautifully decorated and maintained.
We had a couple of minor issues while we were there and Jeeves who manage locally were also excellent.
I can highly recommend Superstars and the fact that the villa was a charity auction item made it feel even better.
